When you pay $300 for a cordless vacuum, you expect near top of the line. Pros - looks nice, has FAIRLY decent suction and cleaning power. Cons - this is replacing a 15 year old Dyson cordless stick, so for the price I expected at least similar convenience and performance. The Dyson has a charging cradle that the entire unit snaps into and hangs from on the wall, you dont have to plug it in, just hang and go. The Shark does NOT. Nothing for storage and you physically have to find the cord and plug it in to charge. There is therefore NO storage for attachments, so basically find a box to toss them in and keep it nearby. The Dyson is light enough and designed so that you can leave the wand attached and empty the bin easily. Not so with the Shark, the floor head is much bigger and heavier, not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to remove the head to both empty and store. Inconvenient. It also states that the bin empties effortlessly. Not so, if you suck up any amount of pet hair, and this is a PET PLUS vacuum, you will HAVE to get your hand into the bin to get the hair past the plastic filter guard. Again, for the price, not really designed to be user friendly. Shame, had high hopes, it was a stretch giving 3 stars.

Every piece of Thai vacuum fits for another purpose. From vacuuming the stairs, ceramic tile, carpet to cleaning the car it’s portable, lightweight and gets the job done. Just keep it charged and switch out components as needed. All your doing is clicking the vacuum into place and charging the battery with this easy set up!

I like it, just wish the battery lasted longer. Easy to clean if it gets clogged. Like how i can take the main part off and use the stick to vacuum hard to reach places. Would recommend!

So easy to use and lightweight. I bought this because it’s cordless and it’s even better how lightweight it is. The battery life isn’t too long but nonetheless it’s great.

The versatility of this unit is great. Having the cup high on the handle allows it to easily fit under beds and other furniture, and the smaller head-width lets you get into smaller areas next to furniture a traditional vacuum. The battery life is great and lets me complete the 2400 house without an issue.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed using this. It is small and light, but holds a charge long enough for us to fill the canister multiple times. I wonder why I used my standard vacuum so long.

Convenient and works good on laminate, stone tile and hardwood. It also seems to do a decent job on throw rugs. Maneuvers well under the bed for easy cleaning. Easy to grab for quick clean up!

Love this cordless vacuum. Much better than my Dyson that broke!

Great suction. And even with 3 dogs and 3 people with long hair I havent had to cut hair off the roller. I can vacuum the entire house with charge left over. I can’t recommend this vacuum enough

It a handy and versatile vacuum for light duty. I wish the battery life was longer. The debris tank fills fast. It is easy to empty.

We needed a small vacuum to do stairs & this is perfect. Lots of power & suction. Battery could be better, but given it's size & torque od motor, its acceptable. Don't plan to do whole home, unless it's less than 1000ft.

This vacuum works very well and we really like all the attachments that come with it. We have a long hair white dog that leaves lots of hair and this works great . The only downside is that it would be nice to have a component where it could all be hung up on the wall in one place.

I think it’s a very nice, light, with plenty power, easy maneuverability, and works well I do think it’s battery doesn’t last very long and a charging station would be great

Grandma wanted a lighter than Dyson that had a longer charge. This lasts approx 30 minutes with a solid charge. She loves it and keeps saying how it is easier to maneuver.

Light weight, good suction. The only thing I didnt like was how fast the battery died. I used it on my tile for the living room and dining room(total of 20 minutes) and it was dead. But at least it lasted the whole 20 minutes.

I have long hair, cats and dogs as well, and the hair constantly clogs up the hose or wraps around the spinner. I have used this vacuum for a few months now and dont have that proble with the new fin technology. It picks up better than any other vacuum I have wver used including cat litter! I highly recommend this to anyone with the same problem as me. The battery only last 30 minutes but its still powerful thay I can get most rooms done before it dies and needs recharging. I love how the head comes off and hooks to the base of the vacuum, no more top heavy vacuum that falls over if not leaning properly!

If you have any pets or shed yourself get this vacuum!! It has also been way easier to carry & manage since it does not have a cord!

Awesome vacuum. Lightweight, easy attachments, quick cleaning/dumping. I have a one-year old and a big, shedding dog. It gets used literally every day.
