We bought this vacuum to replace another Shark vacuum. We had that one for 10 years and it worked great the whole time, except hair always got stuck in the rollers and it was a problem to clean out. This new one has a different kind of rollers and the hair doesn't get stuck, so that's great. The feel is different, but it cleans very effectively. So far, we are very happy with it.

I love my vacuum, its lightweight, and so powerful, coordeless convenience. I highly recommend.

Vacuum is perfect! I have 5 animals inside and am constantly sweeping. Not with this vacuum! It takes care of pet hair and litter wirh no problem. And helps with my allergies.

I purchased the product because it was cordless. It maintains a charge very well and irs lightweight, however its nit the best at picking up. I would have upgraded.

I have several shark products and they work great. They’re all corded though. I got this to keep up on my dogs’ shedding around the house on the hardwood. It’s so easy to use that I actually pick it up and use it regularly. It does a great job. Battery life could be a little better but I’m done before it dies.

This is a great little vacuum! I bought it to keep up after getting a husky and I was able to use it several times between charges.

NO CORD...good price, light weight; easy to use; easy to store...my husband will even do the vacuuming now... so far we are very happy with this purchase...time will reveal how well it maintains it's value, as with anything. Reviews should be written after a year or more of use...but who would even think of writing one then unless disappointed in some way.

Great vacuum, very effective at cleaning floor and carpet. Also great for vehicle cleanups.

As long as you continue to clean it works fine. I have a heeler who sheds a lot as long as you keep clean this product works fine.

Ok. Let's talk about the packaging first. Zero...Z E R O..plastic used. Paper wraps, compostable moulds, and paper-based tape. Who the hell at Shark can I direct my absolute admiration to? This unit could absolutely suck and I'd still rate it highly. But, it doesn't suck! It's great. The charge-time is decent and what I'd expect for a hand-held stick unit. Power exceeds expectations, if a little noisier than I have liked. Build quality is solid. I'm torn on if the attachments should have a place to store but then the unit would be bulky. I like the little notch to rest the power on the lower part of the unit. It lays down well for getting under the bed, etc. This is the second Shark unit I've owned (other was a normal type of vac) and I've been happy both times.

I like how easy it was to put together. I also like the power of the vacuum, it makes it easy to clean up my kids messes. My only issues is I have no idea how to remove the roller to fully clean the vacuum. I’ve tried googling it, and there’s no videos or anything in the manual about removing roller. Besides that it’s a great vacuum.

When you pay $300 for a cordless vacuum, you expect near top of the line. Pros - looks nice, has FAIRLY decent suction and cleaning power. Cons - this is replacing a 15 year old Dyson cordless stick, so for the price I expected at least similar convenience and performance. The Dyson has a charging cradle that the entire unit snaps into and hangs from on the wall, you dont have to plug it in, just hang and go. The Shark does NOT. Nothing for storage and you physically have to find the cord and plug it in to charge. There is therefore NO storage for attachments, so basically find a box to toss them in and keep it nearby. The Dyson is light enough and designed so that you can leave the wand attached and empty the bin easily. Not so with the Shark, the floor head is much bigger and heavier, not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to remove the head to both empty and store. Inconvenient. It also states that the bin empties effortlessly. Not so, if you suck up any amount of pet hair, and this is a PET PLUS vacuum, you will HAVE to get your hand into the bin to get the hair past the plastic filter guard. Again, for the price, not really designed to be user friendly. Shame, had high hopes, it was a stretch giving 3 stars.

Very light in weight and very powerful. We bought it because of the taggle in the brushes and it works, my wife has long hare and on my vac i have to cut off the hair of the cleanibg roller

Easy to set up and charge. Works very well. It has a powerful vacuum. The self-cleaning brush roll is a wonderful feature. Very happy with it.

The versatility of this unit is great. Having the cup high on the handle allows it to easily fit under beds and other furniture, and the smaller head-width lets you get into smaller areas next to furniture a traditional vacuum. The battery life is great and lets me complete the 2400 house without an issue.

Convenient and works good on laminate, stone tile and hardwood. It also seems to do a decent job on throw rugs. Maneuvers well under the bed for easy cleaning. Easy to grab for quick clean up!

Great for the first year. The battery does not hold a charge after 1 year so a replacement was needed. Great for pet hair up until then. Does get clogged pretty often but it's easy to take a part and unclog it. I'm not sure I would recommend this anymore, but if you had asked me 1 year ago I probably would have!! Maybe if you had a small house it would be ok cause the battery would last!
