It’s ok- but not great

Biggest complaint is that the wheels on the base are getting hair wrapped around them and I cannot find a way to remove them to untangle the hair. I looked at YouTube videos, the manual, etc and there’s no way to remove the tiny small wheels.

Save some money get all of the power

This works very well and so far the battery lasts long enough to do the first floor and the stairs. Front rollers do require some care to remove the hair that gets on them but so far not a problem.

The assembly was very simple. It seems to be picking up just fine (we have mainly hard floors, but there are a few scatter rugs). The only reason I'm not giving it 5 starts is because when using the full cleaner (not just the handheld part) it is REALLY loud. We have yet to test the length of time it holds a charge, but we got it to replace a hand vac that stopped working and we're too old to bend over anymore.

It has a long run time, quick to charge, and it has great suction power.
