Easy to use and works as advertised. This handheld has lots of power and does the job on my medium pile carpeting without tangling at all. The flap to empty the dispenser is very convenient also; no touching of the dirt & dust is required. Has a nice power boost too when needed and the battery lasts for the cleaning of my whole two room apartment. Most certainly do recommend!

Overall, it has exceeded my expectations for a cordless quick clean vacuum. Pros: -Lightweight -Handles dog hair and human hair better than most vacuums -easy to clean -removable battery Cons: -about 25 mins of run time -dust bin is pretty small, and pet hair is hard to extract -no wall mount storage included -have to take unit apart for storage, is top heavy and will not stay upright as assembled

So glad I bought the cordless shark vacuum.. Very easy to use, great suction and easy storage since it is slim and not so big as a regular vacuum!! Price was awesome.. I would definitely recommend

Much more powerful than my old shark stick vac. And I love I can switch to a reach attachment . But the best is that it self cleans hair from the brush. I hated cutting it out of old vac.

10/10 product. This was well worth the money, I bought this for my girlfriend as a birthday gift and she was so thrilled. This vac is so light weight and easy to use. The vacuum can be used as a normal vacuum cleaner or you can take it apart and have your own hand held vacuum cleaner, works great for getting in between small places that are hard to reach.

The battery holds a great charge! I love that I'm not being restrained with a cord. We have 4 cats, so hair is everywhere. Plus, I have long hair, so the fins don't let it get wrapped around the brushroll. I find myself sweeping for the fun of it!!

When you pay $300 for a cordless vacuum, you expect near top of the line. Pros - looks nice, has FAIRLY decent suction and cleaning power. Cons - this is replacing a 15 year old Dyson cordless stick, so for the price I expected at least similar convenience and performance. The Dyson has a charging cradle that the entire unit snaps into and hangs from on the wall, you dont have to plug it in, just hang and go. The Shark does NOT. Nothing for storage and you physically have to find the cord and plug it in to charge. There is therefore NO storage for attachments, so basically find a box to toss them in and keep it nearby. The Dyson is light enough and designed so that you can leave the wand attached and empty the bin easily. Not so with the Shark, the floor head is much bigger and heavier, not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to remove the head to both empty and store. Inconvenient. It also states that the bin empties effortlessly. Not so, if you suck up any amount of pet hair, and this is a PET PLUS vacuum, you will HAVE to get your hand into the bin to get the hair past the plastic filter guard. Again, for the price, not really designed to be user friendly. Shame, had high hopes, it was a stretch giving 3 stars.

We recently bought our new Cordless Shark vacuum and could not be happier. Simple to use but really gets the job done. Between a German Shepherd who loves to shed, our adorable cat (litter and shedding), this vacuum takes care of it all. My home is 2100 sq ft, both hardwood and carpeting, and I get it all done on one charge. I am happy.

Very light in weight and very powerful. We bought it because of the taggle in the brushes and it works, my wife has long hare and on my vac i have to cut off the hair of the cleanibg roller

I love this vacuum. It cleans very well. I have 5 dogs and 3 cats and it picks up the hair. I sometimes with it would last longer with a charge but it’s not the worse thing. I am also pulling up on the super suction the whole time. It’s light which I need. And most of all I can go anywhere with it! Amazing vacuum!! I keep it well maintained by keeping it cleaned out and watching for clogs and it has lasted me a few years now and going strong.

I love this little vacuum! It is lightweight and easy to tote through the house, sucks the huge piles of dog hair up like it’s nothing, and is easy to clean out. I’ve been very happy with it compared to my previous upright corded vacuum. I only wish I could find a second battery for it as a backup, otherwise I love it!

This was an excellent purchase. It's lightweight and compact, but very powerful. I love being able to use it as a handheld vacuum and this is the first time I've had attachments that are easy to use and make sense. I've used two already. The only downside is the time of use before needing to charge again... you get a good 40 minutes or so before you have to recharge.

Great! the vacuum cleaner is light and performs nicely. The motor is powerful and versatile. Color is good, too. I will recommend it to anyone.

Replaced our semi broken Dyson v8 with this and it works just as well if not better. Plus the light in the front shows all the dog hair on the floor. Dyson did not have a light on front. Also like that you can disconnect the canister for dumping and the rest of the shark stands up so you don’t have to lay it down while emptying the canister/basket

So far, this little vacuum has been great. It works well on our floor, carpet and deep pile rug. It's light, easy to maneuver and hold enough charge for our house.

The Shark cordless pet plus stick is great. It is light and easy to handle. It is easy to get under pieces of furniture and around cabinets in the kitchen. It also is strong enough to pick up pet hairs, leaves, etc. using either the floor or carpet setting. The Max setting is stronger and picks up tiny hairs on the carpet. The way it is made to take the motor handpiece and connect it to the handle for storage is unusual, but works well. I love it and it was not crazy expensive like similar stick vacuums. It also has a HEPA filter which helps me alot since I'm allergic to my pets!!

Works well on hard floors and rugs. Plenty of suction on both surfaces. Easy to use and lightweight! Since this model allows you to remove the battery when charging it would be a great advantage to order a second battery. One battery gives me 20 to 25 minutes of vacuuming. I am really happy with my selection!

This vacuum is awesome. Has good suction, easy to use and super versatile. So good that I hardly drag out my corded vacuum anymore. It's great on both hardwood and carpet. Battery life has not been an issue for me. Great buy when on sale.

This vacuum works well, and overall I like it. I think spending a little extra for a Dyson would’ve been a better choice. However, the Shark is easy to use, moderate noise level, and fairly light. You do have to empty the collection basket after every use (multiple times if you have a big house), and I have to leave it charging whenever it’s not in use so that it doesn’t run out of battery. Overall it is good, and better to use than my old corded vacuum.
