very versatile it is pretty bulky to be a cordless vacuum though.

Used thia vacuum for about 4 months. We have 2 toddlers so it was used multiple times a day to clean messes. The battery life lasted awhile. When we first got it suction was strong and great. Slowly the suction became less. We cleaned filters, checked for clogs, and took apart the vacuum several times. Still could not get that suction back. We do not have any pets on the house so hair was not a problem. The waste basket also came off in my hand everytime I would use that handle to pick it up to lift over babygates.

Gets easily clogged, but when it works, wow amazing

Awesome vacuum. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because the battery gives such a low time. not even 20 minutes of the highest setting vacuum time. I had to purchase another $100 battery to charge while i'm using it

I will be brutally honest - this is AWFUL. It has great battery life for light cleaning but when you run if as a higher suction speed, it drains super fast. There is not a tru roller - it's a cloth covered roller that catches every piece of hair and fur that comes across it. The suction of the machine is not strong enough to pull the hair/fur off of the roller, I have to stop and pull that off about every 25 pull across my floors. IT DOES NOT pick up rocks or even cat litter - it just keeps spinning it around behind the roller and when you shut of the vacuum, it releases it into the floor - I have taken this apart so many times and simply can't figure out why it doesn't work! For $350, it ought to suck the hair off your head but that doesn't happen either!

Step up from a stick vacuum, but it just doesn't cut it. The battery is the most disappointing thing as it doesn't hold a charge very long. It says up to 60 minutes in ECO mode (there are only 2 speeds). I haven't tried to use it for the full time on ECO, as it doesn't do a great job with pet hair. On high speed, it will last about 20 minutes max. That's if you empty the canister out before it gets full. The more full it is, the more battery power it uses. I use it for about 1800 square foot and I can't get it done on one charge. Very disappointing as it was $400! I'm giving it 3 stars for these three qualities. It's the best cordless vacuum I've used at that price point or below. The canister is also much larger than most and the lift-away feature is great for stairs and the car.

The battery is not good but the vacuum not heavy to use the problem is the charge easy to clean so light vacuum, but the thing is I don’t like losing charge so easily

Took a little time to decide on the right vaccuum for us. This purchase has made things easier than we thought. It's our first cordless and it's crazy how much that helps. Has zero problems with human or pet hair and the battery lasts long enough to vaccuum my split level house with 4 bedrooms. All carpet

This vacuum has been a godsend when you dont want to bring the big vacuum out. When you use it on carpet ,though it really uses up the battery. So basically, we use it on hardwood floors only. A great purchase.

So far this has been good. We have 4 long hair dogs so I have to vacuum twice a day. I like that I can detach the hose to get to spots I can’t with the vacuum. I love that it’s cordless but I can see the battery goes down fast when you switch to the carpet mode.
