We've had brand new carpet for about two months on our second floor of the house. No shoes are allowed on the second floor. With having carpet, its a most to have a vacuum. Yes it took us a while to buy one. This Shark vacuum suction power its AMAZING! Made our carpet look super clean like if it was installed the same day. Good transiting from carpet to hardflooring. Also its easy to take apart and clean which its a PLUS+. Love Love Love.

Extremely pleased with this vacuumed. Its small but mighty! I have a dog and 2 cats and it picked up their fur immediately from the carpet and couch! Comes apart easily for many different uses and lightweight. I use it on my carpet, stairs, hardwood floors, mattress and couch. Strongly recommend!

This is the BEST Vacuum. I am amazed at what it picks up from the carpet....I had no idea how dirty my carpet was. It also is wonderful for hardwood floors....unit is easy to use and clean. I would buy this again and again....

Had a Dyson, gave it to our daughter for college, heard good things about Shark so we gave it a try. This thing is awesome. Lightweight, but powerful, it slides easily and has solid connections to all the attachments.

this is my first shark item. i replaced a hoover upright vacuum that i used for 20 years. it was easy to assemble out of the box. the power switch was not on the handle, but findable. this is a bagless vacuum. having just used my old vacuum, i was surprised how much material was in the canister. my goodness. the experience was the same on every previously vacuumed carpet. it is lighter and easy for me to carry up and down stairs. just remember to get the container with your debris inside the trash can. it is a bit messier than a bagged vacuum, but did a better carpet clean. i am happy with this purchase.

Got this vacuum to upgrade from my 60 dollar vacuum. All i gotta say is this thing sicks literally. It actually take dog and cat hair off better with its attachment then one of the vacuum powered brushes. It cleans all the front of vacuum with the dual brush. Another nice this is when you switch from carpet to hardwood is the brushs still spins but spins at 1/4 speed. The only drawback is the brush gets tangled with hair. But will say its easy to clean when you remove the cover above it. Otherwize 100% recommended

Works great! It's easy to use and lightweight. I have a husky that sheds constantly. Only downer and the reason why I only gave it four stars is because of the roller. The hair does get stuck and is hard to take out. I only use the "hose".

I love this vacuum. It is lightweight yet powerful. Easy to get to all attachments and you don't need to get hands dirty emptying canister.

The shark duoclean liftaway is an excellent purchase for pet owners like me! I have to very large very sheddy dogs. This vacuum has enough power to get all the long and short hairs out of my carpets and it transitions seamlessly to the laminate floors. The lift away is great for reaching corners and the backs of my TV's with a simple push of a button. This vacuum is lightweight and easy to use yet it has enough power to get all of the hair dust and dirt. Absolutely LOVE this vacuum!

Can't believe how it pick stuff up. Love how easy it is to use. Also love that you can remove canister and vacuum stairs.

Love this Shark sweeper for ease of use,weight and power .Easily handles two large shedding dogs

We purchased this vacuum after our other shark vacuum of many years just wasn't working right anymore, and we are happy with another shark. This one is a little power house, it has great suction in all the different ways to use it, we like the hardwood floor feature, and like the lift away feature, it really helps get our stairs clean easier. We got the smaller version, there is a larger one, but we are happy with it overall.

So purchasing a up right vacuum is not cheap, but if you go cheap you get a piece of junk. I did a fair amount of research. Consumer reports my go to had many of the shark vacuums rated at the top of the list. This one came in at a lower price than many and performs like one at the top of the list. Easy to use. rugs and wood floors. It makes the chore of vacuuming quick and almost pleasant. :)

This is a great vacuum. I only ever purchased Hoover Platnium before this, but wanted to try a Shark. I'm glad I did. This is my new favorite! The vacuum is very lightweight, has great suction, very comparable to the Hoover Platinum. I also like that it has the tool attachments and lift away for easier vacuuming of stairs, something the Hoover never had. Overall, very pleased with this vacuum.

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever used. It sucks up everything! It is light weight. It glides beautifully. I clean a house for some one who has a sandbox and she never once complained about still feeling the sand on the floor. I have cleaned a house for someone who uses a Dyson. I did not like it. I had to bring mine. I will only ever use this vaccum. :)

I purchased this vaccum just over a month ago. It has been great. Works great on carpet as well as hard wood floors. Suction is great and the ability to use it as a canister vaccum is amazing. Only warning is the actual brush head is smaller then a standard vaccum. Great for tight spaces but takes more passes to cover a room.

Very light and nimble. Never had a vac that pivots like this . What a difference in going around furniture and changing directions. And the roller for wood and ceramic is the 1st vac to ever suck in kitty litter instead of spreading it around.

First vacuum that really works miracles, it has a duo roller that uplifts dust, YES DUST! the rollers dig into the carpet and hug a flat surface to ensure it gets cleaned. Really just happy with this vacuum. Light and very user friendly.
