My shark vacuum died and I bought this one as my replacement. Super disappointed. I love the suction and the hard floor roller, but the brush attachment seems like it’s made of plastic - where my previous one had softer brushes. The brush attachment is in a difficult position to snap down into the holder. The power cord is on the left side which really threw me off as most people are right handed and every other shark has been on the right side. The power cord is not does not snap in easily to lock in place, it appears to be too small. The canister seems to be much smaller than my previous ones. I had a shark navigator professional prior. This is my fourth shark vacuum.

This vacuum is excellent for use on both carpet & hardwood floors. It is also very easy to empty.

Is light and more powerful than my old vacuum. the dust bin is very easy to empty.

Excels at carpet and bare floors. Maneuvers with ease and is extremely light.

This unit really does a nice job. I have used it on bare floors and carpet. I am very pleased with its ability to clean. Pay attention to the instructions . . . it tells you you may need to adjust the suction when on carpet. You will need to. It really clamped down on the carpet and was hard to use till I read about the adjustment near the handle. Then it moved much easier.

This works great on carpet and the canister is much better than bags.

This replaced an older (8yrs) Shark vacuum that wasn't doing the job at all anymore. This vacuum is leagues better than my older vacuum. Picks up everything on the hardwood and the carpet, including pet hair. I'm not a fan of the wand or the 'lift-away', it's kind of cumbersome and awkward, however, the rest of the vacuum is perfect and well worth the price.

Strong, flexible, light - great for thorough top to bottom clean up.

I’ve vacuumed with almost every brand and ever model of vacuum. Has a good suction, just the hose is kind of difficult to operate. When using the hose, it tightens so much it will cause the vacuum to fall over if your not careful. Other than that no complains. The double roller doesn’t seem to make a huge difference in the cleaning compared to other models.

I had a full size lift away navigator and I like this one a lot more. It’s lighter, has a nice LED light on the front, attachments are convenient, and the duo roller for dust on my hard floors works really well. Sharks are the next best vacuums to the dysons. Also, the roller brush is really easy to clean on this model

This is an excellent vacuum, light-weight and easy to use.

I prefer an upright and the Dysons we've had just don't last long. This vacuum is comparable in power and ease of use at half the price!

I have two dogs. I find it amazing as to how much the vacuum picks up. Easy to empty, very long cord. The filter is easy to clean- rinse and air dry. This is my second Shark the previous one work great I replaced it only because of the enhanced hair pick up feature and ease of removing the roller to remove the hair.

I read all the review on this Shark product and was so sold with all the wonderful comments, I decided to buy. No regrets. It is just as great as all the reviews stated. I am so impressed with this engineering masterpiece. The ease it went together, comes apart and carries all the necessary tool right on board. Highly recommend.

Honestly this vacuum is amazing. It looks small and being my first time with a bag less vacuum For cleaning houses,I was not sure it would work that well. This guy could suck the chrome off a tail pipe. Pleasantly surprised ,a few quirks as for turning capability and maneuvering .But overall I love this guy.

Great suction. Easy to use. Cleans rugs and hard floor well. Easley tips over when using the hand wand.

The duo clean brush on the vacuum is perfect for hard surfaces, it engages all the dust and debris on the floor and gets it pulled up by the vacuum. The itself works great across the board, but the brush roll gets a lot of hair and strings tangled in it so you have to take the time to remove it from the roll. Not hard at all because the roll is easy to access and clean by hand. Overall a great vacuum to replace the one that broke.

I had a Dyson, I loved it, I thought I would never own another vacuum, unfortunately it died. I had heard great things about the Shark, for the price, I thought I would try it out. The Shark is amazing, it is a small, powerful, suction machine. I highly recommend getting a Shark.
