Overall great for my pet rabbit’s hair and hay on carpet. The attachments and lights are superb. It’s not immediately obvious how to empty, and the device overall is on the heavier side

This is the second Shark vacuum I've purchased. What drew me to this one was the dual brush rolls. I like it so far and only minor negative comment is that it is a bit heavy, comparted to the other model I have, and the bin is a bit small.

It’s a vacuum, it picks up dirt. It does a good job. I bought it on sale and saved $125. I bought it to replace another shark vacuum, and this one is definitely quieter.

Only made it 2.5 years

I was in love with this vacuum for 2.5 years… and then it broke. I used my last shark vacuum for about 15 years, an inexpensive model but it did its job just fine.
I loved that I could use the soft front brush on my hardwood floors without scratching them up and switch to the rug beater instantly.
But the front roller caught the corner of a rug, breaking the male component that holds the roller in place. Now neither of the beaters will work.
Suction is fine but it won’t do me any good without a beater.

Really works well for hard as well as carpet floor. Performs well on all floor types. Only disadvantage I see is difficulty to use when you detach the dust chamber - its not easy to keep the rest stable on floor.

A powerful vacuum that moves around with ease. I use this on bare floors mostly, and it is much better than a broom. Gets up all small particles and grabs pet hair. It is thoughtfully compartmentally segmented, allowing you to break it apart and carry around. We needed this decades ago!

This vacuum is excellent. We have two huskies, and it takes care of all their hair. I guess the only downside I would say is that it is kind of heavy.

Good vacum for price, but Dyson is still better

It works really well for cat hair and on multiple sufaces (wood, carpet). I had a Dyson, which I still think is a superior product due to performance and ease of use. But, for the price this is a decent vacum. I have two complaints. One is that the roller tends to "fall out" and I have to put it back in the vacum frequently. Otherwise, good pet vacum. The second is storage for the attachments and use of the hose is not intuitive. You will need to read the instructions to figure stuff out on this vacum.

Best vacuum on the market.Dyson's are terrible and I have had 3 or more and they are all broken. I like the Shark corded vacuums. The cordless Shark's have too many filters and break after about 2 years. I bought this vacuum after I got new Oak floors in my house.Very happy!

Works great! I was skeptical. I've been using a $500+ Dyson purple animal... for 7 years and did not want to spend that much again especially since I have hardwoods and rugs now. After hours of infomercials and contemplation I decided to buy this when it was on sale at a $150+ discount. I am happy I did. I really really like that I can pick from 3-4 different configurations to use. It has great suction and would say just as good or better than my other vacuum. It picks up everything. Te lights are very helpful, the powered-lift away is very cool and using the detachable handle to clean furniture is so much easier than trying to clean furniture with the Dyson. I do wish they'd included more than (2) attachments and it had a larger dust /refuse cannister.

Love that it has the hard floor setting and is safe to use on my hardwood floors. Really like having the headlights on it too. Only downside there is no place to keep the extra tools on board like the crevice tool and upholstery tool.

this is great at picking up dirt. cleans deep down. the only downside I have found is the handle is too long and the floor brush doesn't attach to just the hose so I can't use it on the stairs

Works really well. Not to heavy. Disassembling into
The different functions is a little cumbersome until you get use to it. Canister is on the small
Side. But plenty big to vacuum a large home
With a dog as long as you empty regularly
