Great vacuum. The ability to detach either the small part of the handle or full length to access corner and furniture is really nice to have along with the lift away canister to get under beds or tight spaces. I've had this vacuum about a couple of months and it's been great.

Excellent vacuum and easy to use. Was amazed at how this Shark DuoClean vacuum performed. Did a “test” comparing it with my older vacuum. This Shark vacuum outperformed the former vacuum and was a hand-down winner.

I bought this thinking it wouldn't be all that great.....I was wrong, its amazing. I hate vacuuming, I love vacuuming now because of this product

Nice attachments, portability is great. Weight is average and the brush system works flawlessly.

It works well, my housekeeper is happy with it. It has great suction but gludes over the carpet essier than my former Shark vacuum.

It is heavier than most but, picks up pet hairs like a champ!

I love my new Shark vacuum! I upgraded my Navigator model due to an additional pet (more fur!) so now I have a vacuum dedicated to each level of my home. The on/off switch is conveniently located on the handle as is a LIGHT! Doing a happy dance.

Works well and is powerful. Replaces a Dyson. The Dyson was lighter but was always breaking down. The Shark is a little heavier but more powerful.

this shark sucks! in a good way! great upgrade to an old shark that died. seems to really do well on hardwoods and throw rugs

Better than thr orher expensive name brand that broke after 5 years. Which conveniently broke after the warranty expired.

love the suction and most everything about the vacuum. love having the hard surface option so I can go from carpet to wood floors and tile. one issue I have is the fact that it is taller than my older shark and is normally not an issue except trying to control it in smaller areas or on the stairs, you cant use the floor mount motor on the stairs which I loved about my older one.... plus it is heavy. the only other thing I wish it had was the vent my old one had on the suction tube so that you can control the suction to be able to run it over area rugs or using the hose on some things.

Is horrible on carpet, barely picks up on bare floors, bulky and heavy not one of their better vacuums.

This vacuum is Ugly, heavy, clunky and not worth it.

This is a bulky vaccuum, the picture looks slim but it is not. The suction is ok, but i was spoiled by a dyson before this one. It is ok and im glad i got it on sale.
