It’s so loud. I don’t like how loud it is. I have been wanting to love this product, but it’s difficult when it is so loud that it bothers my ears.

I ended up returning it to the store. Eventually I paid a bit more for the higher end product. It’s loud and not easy to handle. Does it worth to pay a bit more for the everyday use item. Yes it does, for me.

If you ha medium lenth layered hair it blows it everywhere, see the curling part will curl by air to turn it, and the hair if layered blows out the curling attachment

Its ok if you want a fancy hair dryer. The curling part doesnt work well at all. Its hard to learn and once you do the curl doesnt stay....

Just like the Dyson, it is not no heat, it is reduced heat. And it is so complicated my 17 year old daughter gave up in frustration in two days. We opted for the model with ALL the attachments. And it was a birthday gift. She used it for 5 days, and said thanks, no thanks, and unfortunately, Best Buys standard horrible return policy meant we could not return it. So I am stuck with a $300 boxed, paperweight.

Did not work as I thought it would. It actually took more effort than just drying my hair and curling it on my own with a separate curling iron.

Unfortunately I did not find this product easy to use. Dyson does a much better job. I found it totally did not work if my hair was the slightest bit wet. And when was Dry hair was frizzy and pearls were not defined.

Here’s the thing, this is more about Best Buy’s customer service versus the tool itself. However, the Shark Flex Style was a miss for me. The hair dryer and oval brush were great. Worked as a good blow drying brush. The issue I had was with the air curlers. My hair type just was not made to work with this tool. The curls wouldn’t hold for longer than an hour no matter what tips and tricks I tried. And unfortunately I had to learn that lesson the costly way. And this is where the customer service part comes into play. I was literally less than 12 hours past the deadline for returning this appliance and I was told absolutely nothing could be done. And look I get it, I need to do a better job of paying attention to the return window, but I was completely shocked when I found that instead of a typical 30-day window, it was 14 days! 14! Who in the world can just get a quality trial run with a hair tool in less than 2 weeks. Especially something that everyone says has a learning curve. In my opinion, the return window on this thing is ridiculous and the fact that you wouldn’t even try to help out within 12 hours of the return window is even more ridiculous. I can say for sure that future appliance purchases will not be done here.

Love this tool! I have thick frizzy hair and this gives me awesome shine. Love all the attachments. My hairs lasts 3 days no matter what attachment I use. Probably would last longer but I have to wash after 3 days.

I got asked if I highlighted my hair the first time I used it! Gives incredible shine and was intuitive to use as someone who never figured out how to curl their hair.

Product is as described and works amazing. I loved the color and the all the different functions and tools that it provides.

I looked at this for months before purchasing. When it went on sale, I jumped and bought it! In my opinion it works no better than my $30 hot rollers. It might just be my hair and may work for others but not worth the money.
