After using for the first time I was disappointed. It doesn’t have a good suction like the Shark Vacmop which is 50x better. The Shark Vacmop can get into smaller spaces it swivels better and it has the disposable pads. Which was the only reason that I wanted to get this one was because I was tired of purchasing the disposable pads and the solution sprayer stop work. But even after the sprayer stop working it was still 100x better. The whole setup sucks, the debris compartment is super tiny, the water part is nonexistent and the battery doesn’t last long. The blue light is the best part. Don’t buy it you can do better.

The floor cleaner is easy to use, it cleans well, and simple to empty and charge. I love that it's cordless. I would suggest you keep the squeegee by your sink instead of in the docking station (just because I keep forgetting it). My only disappointment is that it doesn't get into corners and against the wall, so I have to get on my knees for that or use a different tool.

We have hardwood floors and tile throughout our home andcthe HydroDuo makes it easy to care for them. The cordless feature allows me to zip right along and clean up of the mop is straightforward. The first time i used it I had vacuumed first and was amazed at what grit and pet hair was still picked up. The floor has never been so clean!

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Best Buy, and it has exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, lightweight, and very easy to maneuver around the house. The suction is strong and picks up dust, pet hair, and debris with no problem at all. I love how easy it is to empty and clean the container, and the filters keep the air fresh. The design is modern, and the battery life is excellent for cordless use. This vacuum has made cleaning so much faster and more efficient—I’m very happy with it!

Lightweight. Simple to use. Even more simple to clean after. Very useful for the messes that you don’t want to break your back to get. Charging station is very nice too!

Good for spotcleaning with our pets but minus 1 star for very low capacity. It is very lightweight and convenient - sadly it says if you wash the tray and the brush to air dry for 24 hours ??? Seriously? In a machine that uses water I find that a little strange.

You can never go wrong with a shark. Extremely light. Easy to put together and very user friendly. Charges when you place it on the dock. Easy to empty. Love this product and would buy it again.

This is the first Shark Product that I have ever been disappointed with. My home is mostly hard surfaces, wood, marble, and tile. The inside steps are carpeted and we have several area rugs. I wanted an all-in-one device to clean the floors and do occasional vacuuming. This aint. Surprisingly there is no vacuum only mode. Whether using on hard surfaces or rugs, you must spray and wash, otherwise it will not work. The product I compared it wo is the Bissell Cross Wave. I visited a local Best Buy store to get professional advise, However, after spending about 45 minutes in the store without professional assistance, I went home and purchased on line. I chose the wrong product. I later learned that the Bissell does indeed have a vacuum only mode. In terms of its effectiveness, its pretty good but does not work as well as other Shark products I have owned. it takes four hours to charge but only provides 45 minutes (advertised but real world seems less) of service. The self clean mode is nice, but I still find myself having to manually remove hair and fiber from the brush roller. The feature that separates liquids from solids does not work well. The solid receptacle retains a good amount of water which makes it difficult to empty into a trash can.

Super handy for quick cleanups. Easy to use, lightweight, and leaves floors looking fresh —but it struggles with corners and tight spots.

We bought the Shark MessMaster and honestly it has been a game-changer for our home, especially with a baby. Great little floor cleaner. Don’t know how I lived without it. Makes cleaning such a breeze. My floors are sparkling clean.

Basically, I love this Shark - HydroDuo with Dirt-Reveal Technology. Normally, I only buy Shark products. There are just a few issues that they should improve. The dirt collecting bin is so small, it needs to be emptied often with 2 cats and shedding season. The same with the waste water container, it needs emptying twice while doing the guest bath. The brush roll on vacuum only, frequently scatters things like loose kitty litter ahead of it, making it accumulate against the wall

The vacuum is easy to use. It is light-weight. The light really reveals dust and dirt. The head pivets and cleans edges. The vacuum is easy to clean. It is so easy to use, I plan to purchase one for my mother who has RA (rheumatoid arthritis).

This cleaner is easy to use and picks up dust and dirt really good. The light shows every spot with dust really good and I can sweep and mop easily.

Does a great job cleaning and the solution that comes with it is great works well. We were able to clean the kitchen and both bathrooms before the charge ran out. It’s self cleaning so when you empty and clean it out it’s not gross to do so. It doesn’t fit under the lip of some of our cupboards so we have to clean those areas separately otherwise the product scrubs very well and picks up debris great. Great for quick cleans after cooking too!! Would recommend

Works as advertised. I like it for quick spill clean up/spot mopping. The only real downside is the dirty water reservoir literally only holds about 4 ounces of water. You have to dump the dirty water tank 4-5 times for every clean water tank you use.

I was super pumped at first, but the dirty water and trash containers kinda bummed me out. If you’re just one student with a pet, this could be a decent. For families or people like me who need it for work, nah, not really cutting it.

Is perfect. But, the dirty water tank is very small so it usually fills up very quickly. But it's very easy to use, it's also easy to clean and it does its job so well. I love her!!!
