Works great! Makes things so much easier. Easy to assemble

Worthless. You spend more time cleaning it than you do your floor. If you tap into something it stops working and you have to disassemble it again. I've used this a total of six times in a year and a half and it has completely stopped working. Don't even try to use this on the smallest of rugs.

I loved the idea of the vac/mop combo however over time it proved not to meet the claims and reviews. The mop head has started to smell musty even though I’ve used the self cleaning option every time I use it. Also, the mop head takes awhile to saturate when getting ready to mop and there are still dry spots when it should be wet enough. Because of this, it’s very hard to get dry dirt spots up. I bought this to help keep my wood floors clean after getting a new puppy to keep the hair at a minimum and to clean up dried dirt spots. I may be expecting too much but choose this model after much research and reading/watching numerous reviews. Overall, I’m disappointed in the performance. I’m passed my return date and it took that long to determine that I really wasn’t happy with this vac/mop.

Should’ve never replaced my older shark vacuum This one is good if you have no pets Weak suction power and vacuum can’t be used without the liquid Even the moping part sucks and doesn’t mop well enough

A little finicky but otherwise does the job well both on our hard floors and our area rug.

I just used this hydro vac for the first time and we love it. As parents of a young toddler who likes to feed the floor this wet vac is the perfect addition to my daily cleaning routine. The efficacy is going to save me so much time.

It's a great versatile machine. The clean and dirty water tank are pretty small.

I have started having problems with this vacuum- be aware you do not control the soap output- it just drips automatically, so if you happen across a spot, you will need to go over and over it. \My previous combo was a Bessel cross wave, but my niece took it when she graduated college. I thought id give shark a try. It’s not for mesh i had stayed with Bessel. This as a profound financial mistake. Not the same quality nor performance as Bessel.

This shark vacuum mop works great and gets our LVP looking nice and smelling nice quickly. Keep an eye out for the sales it’s worth the purchase.

bought this product for my wife for our new floors. This product has worked as stated. It has held up to all of our pets and our grandkids!!

It cleans as well as the more expensive ones. It cleans very well and it heats up fast.
