    We had it aboit a month. When we first got it, it worked great, self propelling and mopping with efficiency. Once the tank filled, we could never get it "clean" enough for it to work. It kept erroring oit and cutting off.

    Was a skeptic at first but glad we purchased this. My floors never looked better. Easy to use and clean out after done. This has been perfect for our wood floors, to tile and carpets.

    I was looking for one device to double as a traditional vacuum cleaner and electric mop/floor cleaner. This ain it. You cannot use it as a stand alone vacuum. It will not work without water in the tank. I should have purchased the Bissel Cross Wave instead.
