This vacuum is nothing short of amazing. Set your boundry, turn it on, leave. I was blown away how much it picked up the first time, because I had vacuumed with my oreck 2 days prior. Picks up Cat hair and long hair from me very well. Easy to maintain. Haven't gotten arount to trying the app yet, but I'm sure that will increase the convienence even more. My house now gets vacuumed more that ever before- especially the kitchen. WOW!

Great for leaving to do its own thing, just don't leave any wires lying around. Pretty good for doing as advertised.

This is my first robot vacuum, and I have been pleased so far. I have a Corgi and he sheds weekly...this Shark has zero issue with the dog hair as it is always completely gone when it’s finished. I have hardwood floors and zero carpet. I have natural slate stone tile in the kitchen and it does well in there too. Terrain seems no match for it as it easily gets on and off of rugs and drops in floor transitions with ease. It’s not the most intelligent vac available, but once again for the price you can’t beat it. I named mine Forest Gump...if you own one, you’ll see why “I figured..since I had gone this far...I might as well just turn around and keep on going the other way” as it bounces it’s way around the house haha. My sister purchased brand “R” (we won’t speak of it)...and she really wishes she could have gotten the Shark Ion (they were sold out everywhere at the time). Her robot has one brush while this one has two, and the container on the Shark Ion is twice the size (maybe even larger) than her brand “R”..... she actually paid more. It’s also a lot more quiet than the other robots in its price range. Very satisfied!

Cleans well, but squeals continously. You certainly know when this one is roaming the house. Squealed since i took it out of the box. No return after 3 weeks.

What can I say, this is a must have for every home. Not certain how I survived without this device. This is my first robot vacuum although, I have only had it for a couple of weeks, I have been very impressed with the results. I love the device so much I had to purchase another one for the second floor. Setting up the device was pretty easy, it came ready to use. The mobile application interface is very interactive and extremely easy to use. Once out of the box, turned the button on the side on, plugged the charging dock and pushed the dock button on the robot vacuum, it moved on to the dock and started charging. I was able to connect the device to my Wifi in no time through the mobile application, registered it, gave it a name and created a schedule on the mobile application in no time. I have not had to vacuum since I procured this device and my house is as clean as ever. It seems like no one lives there. Another thing I love about the device is the sound while cleaning, it is very quiet, much quieter than my standard vacuuming machine and it has been doing a great job. I am super happy about the product and definitely recommend it without any reservation.

Most complaints about this robot, is due to the app. I used it 1 time to connect my bot to the network. Now, I use google assistant to launch the cleaning routine by voice and can schedule without the app. It finds its way back to the dock. It has gotten caught up a few times in one specific place. I need to modify that place to keep it from happening. It is quiet, actually picks up things. Way less than the irobot and is connected. So far, it has been great. Glad I went for it instead of the top of the line irobot. I was going to return this if it did not work the way I wanted and it is not going back.

I really like my little vacuum. This guy gets all kinds of people and pet hair. This this is well worth the money

It links to Alexa - we hardly use that feature It can be assigned a schedule It is one of the quieter models It goes by the name SharkBot in our house (thanks 5 year old) It can store a surprising amount of dirt It can tackle all sorts of rugs It does get stuck on Cap'n America's Shield under the couch It can essentially deliver a beer to someone across the room indirectly It also scoops up my kid's Cheerios pretty flippin' fast It does need a Christmas Stocking this year...best new family member Recommended to my mom. She bought one within a week. I'm now most perfect son level 6.

The shark robot vacuum is great . Picks up really good as I have 3 dogs ! I bought this for my upcoming knee surgery and it will be a lifesaver ! Great vacuum !

This is my second one after using for about 19 months the Vacuum would just stop in the middle of the room and starts beeping. Sometimes it would leave the base and just stops or never makes it to the charging base. I did purchase the 2 years best buy warranty for it went it was new so I just throughout it back to BestBuy and they replaced for the newer model. The reason I got this Vacuum again because it has a big garbage canister and it's quieter than most of the Robot vacuums I have owned in the past. Its a great vacuum but make sure to buy warranty with it to be on the safe side.

I purchased this for my husband's birthday, and we cannot get enough of it! I was skeptical about how well it would work on our carpeted floors, but to my surprise it works great. I highly recommend if you have pets in your home - We have a Golden Retriever that sheds a fair amount, and we were shocked by how much hair and dust it picked up that we couldn't even see. This model does not include a memory system, meaning it vacuums in random patterns and does not recognize where it has and has not been. This was really the only comparable difference between the Shark ION 750 and the comparable iRobot Roomba model. For 1/3 the cost I was more than happy with sacrificing the memory feature. Sure, it doesn't look as tidy as those uniform vacuum lines, but for a daily maintenance clean it's perfect.

Does a pretty good job though it does get stuck places and can take a while to dock. Makes keeping my house clean with 2 kids and 2 cats easy.

It is silent and works well, but it is low profile and you would think it would help to get in smaller places, but it tends to get stuck under places other vacs do not fit in. Even with the mag stripping, it gets stuck trying to go under dressers etc. and we don't want magnetic stripping all over our house just so the vacuum can work anyway. It works well in kitchens and other open areas, but not so great for us in bedrooms where it gets under certain dressers etc. Still it is a good vac and with some small improvements it competes with the bigger names.

Does a great job. Doesn’t go in a grid pattern like ones I have had in the past.

This is a great vacuum. It's a little loud, but that's ok, it does a great job and finds its' way back to the dock to recharge.

Has a good battery life. Works well on my thick carpet. Not as good at navigation as my roomba but quite close.

its not a bad vac but doesn't do what i need it to do. doesn't fit under my kitchen cabinets where most little things fall. gets stuck often between kitchen door and area rug (not sure why) ran it for about a week to see if anything would change. no changes and dont really think it gets all the areas of my space
