Works good but will no longer connects to wifi. After app update vaccuum is discovered by network but never completes the connection. Times out. It was previously connected to same wifi

This is my first robotic vacuum and it is pretty much as I expected. It is good for generally keeping the floor swept, but certainly cannot serve as your only vacuum. I still do my regular vacuuming, just less often and I do notice the vacuum doesn’t get as full. The other thing I would call out is you become very aware of how high off the floor your furniture is. Some is a good height and the vacuum can traverse easily under it, some is too low and the vacuum works around it, but the stuff that is just high enough for the vacuum to squeeze under can be an issue if it squeezes in and can’t squeeze back out. But it shuts itself down when it gets stuck so it just becomes a matter of hunting it down and getting it out and resetting it. Overall, worth it for the regular hands free maintenance of your floors, but keep your regular vacuum.

I have a regular Shark lift away vacuum that I adore, which lead me to give them a shot despite being a new comer to the robot vacuum market. I am not disappointed. The is high quality product that picks up dirt and pet hair beyond my expectations. Roomba quality for half the price. My one complaint is the app isn't the most intuitive. For instance if you have a dual band wi-fi router and your phone is connected to the 5GHz band it will say it can't find the robot.. You have to be on the 2.5 GHz band and there isn't anything that tells you that.

When I purchased this Ion Robot a few months ago, I expected it to help keep the house clean but it has exceeded my expectations. It has made a HUGE difference in keeping the house clean. It has almost eliminated our allergy symptoms. We have one dog and I'm amazed at the amount of dirt, dust and hair it picks up EVERY night. Our main floor has mostly hardwood floors and is about 1,100 square feet. The Shark roams every day at 3AM. About once a week, we wake up to the little guy stuck on a throw rug or wedged into a tight spot but it's easy to move it and press the clean button to let it complete the cycle. It's quiet enough that it's not annoying to have it running around when we're going through our normal routine. Every few days I turn it loose in the bedrooms upstairs and it always gets quite a bit of dirt. The Ion Robot cleans where we normally didn't. I couldn't be more pleased and will probably get a second unit for the second floor bedrooms. We do use the Shark Ion Flex stick vacuum to do a deeper clean when the mood strikes and we also have a Hoover upright Pet Vac that has so much suction you only use it when you want to do a DEEP clean. The Ion Robot helps keep our house "visitor clean".

First a quick description on environment. Hardwood and tile floors with area rugs around. Thresholds between rooms. Dog and cat who shed quite a bit. Starting with the positive. This is a great little vaccum. It can handle some large areas and gets around in tight spaces well. Battery seems ok. Will run at least an hour on full charge. Negative - I could not configure the WiFi on the device. Turns out there was an issue that is causing me to swap it out. If this does work out well, it would be great. Has some issues with bigger thresholds, but that is not surprising. Comes with a barrier strip that you can size to your needs.

It’s SHARK-tactic. It’s like having your own personal maid, but you can berate it and throw garbage at it won’t go cry in the corner like Florence did. Lighten up Florence.

Easy to use but seems to get hung up a lot, need to be home when it is running to free it from whatever it gets tangled in. Does a good job when it is running.

We really enjoy our shark vacuum. We do not expect too much out of it. We just turn it on for like half an hour and then clean it out and dock it. Its not very powerful but it picks up cat hair and dust great.

After having 3 iRobot products break down all too soon, we bought this Shark. A month in, it is going strong and cleaning well. We had no idea how dirty our floors were. We'll be back for the mopping version next. It cleans well, and the battery life is longer per cleaning than expected.

This robot is easier to clean and empty than the iRobot we tried. But it doesn’t have great pickup on stubborn carpets. Also it skips spots with its random vacuum pattern and doesn’t get everything.

This was one of the worst purchases I’ve made I had a generic off brand vacuum that worked perfect perfectly, but I decided to upgrade to this one. It does not stay online. It is not charge appropriately, and the Cleanup is very lackluster. I thought the shark brand would be better than this.

Wow i didnt think this thing was really gonna work as well as it does. we have 3 dogs and one is a lab so you can imagine all the hair everywhere. this makes life so much easier left to work turn it on when you come back from work house is sweeped must buy for dog owners CATS SUCK!!! hahahaha

The Shark ion 750 has really improved the overall air quality in my home because we are vacuuming everyday. I wouldn't have the time or desire to do that manually with an upright. We no longer have pet hair running loose in the house unless it's still attached to the dog. Great investment.

It cleans but misses spots due the 1/4 turns each time it bumps something.

This is my first time owning a robotic vacuum and I must say I am so pleased with my purchase. Vacuum works great on carpet and tile and picks up the pet hair from 2 dogs and 1 cat. I run the vacuum about 3 times a week and my floors look so good. The Shark Ion is a keeper!!

Use to spend 20-30min a day sweeping up dog hair in the house. Now I just let "DJ" shark ion do it. Yes I did put a ipod base on the top and let music play wherever the shark ion goes.

I am new to robot vac's and I think the Shark ION Robot is a great starter robo vac. I originally purchased a Neato that I returned and replaced with the Shark. I've only had the Shark for a week but it has not given me any issues and my floor (hardwoods) are staying clean.

This robot cleans really well, my GF sheds more hair than a dog and it cleans it up nicely, I’ve had to clean it out a few times because the hair can get clogged in the roller but overall, it vacuums really well.

Have been pleased with it so far. Does a good job picking up pet hair, but does get stuck under chairs sometimes. Works well on my hardwoods and Berber carpet.

Does a great job. Really picks up the dog hair. Goes from carpet to tile no problem.
