This vacuum does a great job and works very easily around the house. The only problem is I have a indoor cat that has accidents and the vac gets it but makes a mess on floor and in the vacuum.

Great at getting the pet hair of 3 large dogs up. Pretty quiet and gets in a lot of places that a broom would not. Like under the sectional.

I thought this was just another product and it really surprised me.

I love that I can set it to do any time from anywhere. Does a great job too. The quality it the product is good. i am sure there are better ones out there but this serves its purpose and we are happy with it.

I have this thing set to clean every day and is really helpful on keeping the house looking clean. It does clean randomly and only once a day which would be the con of this item. I would still recommend you deep clean as normal maybe every two weeks as far as really sweeping/vacuuming. This is not a replacement for cleaning your floors completely but helps keep the house looking clean especially if you have animals. I also had a Neato but that thing always got stuck everywhere and stopped working. So this shark is better for the money.

This works really well for me, and I am planning to purchase a second one for a second home. I am always shocked when I see how much dirt and dust is collected. I have a variety of flooring (hardwoods, low pile rugs, high pile carpet) so I tend to do my house in sections rather than letting this just run through the entire house. This allows me to set at maximum for the thick carpet. I love the way it gets under beds and most furniture, does a better job there than I was doing for sure! have never programmed it using the ap. Very glad I purchased this!

We tried this out to replace a more expensive Roomba model. The difference is clear once you start it going through your house. This shark model has good suction, and does corners well, but had trouble finding ther whole house. Perhaps for a smaller room, or a less open floor plan this would have been great. But it got stuck on items often, and frequently missed large portions of the room.

This robot cleans very well. It is quiet compared to others.I-Robot. It doesn’t have the phone feature but that is ok b/c it makes up for the cleaning.

This vacuum works great! I definitely recommend using the strip. My vacuum got tangled up with my tv wires and caused my tv to fall. The vacuum is very powerful and is great for getting up pet hair.

I have almost 10 pets, so hair is everywhere. Shark gets almost all of it. Corners, walls, under furniture, the Shark gets it all. It surprisingly holds a large amount of debris for such a small robot.

Shark good brand for me as vacuum once I gave the the robot vacuum was the best thing that I purchased home never a mess no more

Great little robot, keep the house clean. Does a good job getting in the corners.

Good battery life and does a great job on the floor. Had problems connecting the app to my Android phone.

The Shark ION Robot vacuuum is very easly to use and i would certainly buy it again. i highly recomend it

I purchased my Shark about 3 weeks ago, I am very happy with it and surprised at how much dog hair it picks up, during cleaning it runs for about one hour. My brother stopped over and liked it so much he purchased one for his wife.

Very good vacuum. Easy to use. Only issue is it gets stuck under the edge of the couch and shuts off.

The shark Ion is the perfect robot vacuum for maintaining a clean floor. It is incredibly easy to use, whether it be starting it from your smart phone, asking Alexa to start it, or pressing the button. I run it daily, to maintain my hardwood floor. It cleans under the couches, all the hard-to-reach areas. When it’s done returns to its dock and recharges. Incredibly helpful in maintaining a clean house. The only downfall to it, it does not vacuum in a pattern, it is very unpredictable where it’s going to clean next. It will clean everywhere, eventually. I would still definitely recommend it, especially for the price.

We have a 3300-ish sq.ft house of mixed laminate and carpet. This vacuum does a great job of keeping the random hair bunnies that we were plagued with down considerably, we have a very active 2 year old yellow lab that stays in the house all the time. We have run the vacuum daily since it was purchased on Mother's Day to help keep up the house, my wife was pregnant and specifically requested a cleaning appliance due to a decrease in energy and drive. We have still vacuumed with the upright, but we went from needing to pull it out every 3 days to now about once a month. Haven't noticed any lack of performance since purchasing yet!
