Worked better than I expected. Set schedule and it keeps the floors clean. Really helps with the pet hair.

Overall, I think this robot is one of the most competitive model on the market. 1. The vacuum is really powerful. I have one robot from other company. It can collect pets' hair and dust in one time running, even from carpet. I have a dog and a cat. IQ R101 will clean all their hair and I don't need to worry about the allergy stuff. Now I'm really in to it and need to run the clean process every day! It saved me a lot of cleaning time. 2. The vacuum is really smart. The first time it goes through the whole process around 1.5 hour in our entire house.(3b/1b). The time and routing system will get improved every time. After several times, it will improve to need less than one hour. The route pattern gets better significantly. It will bypass the cables and furnitures automatically. 3. Mobile app enabled. This mobile app is extremely useful while using vacuum robots. It can help you with start/stop cleaning process; locate your vacuum; display the stats for the robot like battery percentage; schedule the clean process and even buying accessories like filter. Dislike: the noise with this robot is slightly louder than competitor. However, they are at about the same level. Apparently, with better vacuum power there must be louder noise. I'm totally ok with it.

I was really surprised and pleased at how easy it was to set it up and get started in only minutes! The only annoyance is that it is very sensitive to how dust pan is reinstalled after emptying. I usually need to reinsert at least once. After that it does its thing and goes back to the docking station, no problem. I downloaded app on my phone and set up cleaning schedule, also very easy to do.

Just press clean and off it goes. Press spot, it cleans in a small area. Press home and it goes back. But it needs to be close to line of sight to find home.

We have white pets and dark floors. The vacuum easily cleans up the pet hair and dirt. The vacuum works great on laminate and low to medium pile carpet, It seems to work on shag carpet, however, it really works the vacuum. It has a lower profile than other robot vacuums so it can fit under our furniture. It can seamlessly transition from one floor type to another floor type and floor mats. I have two Shark robot vacuums.

This product was amazing! Having a dog that sheds all the time, this product cleans so well. No issues, easy to manage, and the app was easy too

We love shark products and I have been using this for two years without any issues. I wish the battery lasted a little longer but it is what it is. While we still use an upright vacuum for a deeper cleaning, this is nice to set free for regular maintenance. I don’t know if it actually learned my house as it passes over the same areas multiple times but at the end the floor is clean and that’s what I want. Mostly hard floors and area rugs are no problem for it, not sure about thicker carpets.

My Shark has been easy to use, had a problem with it getting a fringe on a rug caught in it, got it untangled fairly quickly. Was shocked when my cat (who I thought would be scared of it) followed it around for 30 minutes before deciding to ignore it. I think my Shark was a good purchase. Between my Shark robot and my Shark upright I've got very clean floors!!

does a good job but gets confused when encountering furniture

This is a great robot. It sweeps pretty well and is not as loud as I thought. The dog does not like how fast it can sneak up on him. The app makes it easy to run it from work. It even allows to set up a schedule for it. The only thing I wish was possible if you could lead or map a route for the robot to follow. It zigzags thru the whole house and misses some spots. It holds quite a bit of dust, the first time we ran it we were pleasantly surprised. We clean it out every night. Very happy with our robot!

I have set mine to run every night at midnight. It does a great job of just picking up the dust and dander. We have a boxer, a 10 yr. old, a 3 yr old, and a 1 yr. old. Every once in awhile it might find a sock, but to my amazement it will just shut off and chime for us and doesn't burn the motor up. This vacuum has changed my life and helps me out tremendously! I work full time and the kids keep us busy, this vacuum saves me time during the week by just running nightly. Greatest investment EVER!

I had been thinking about getting a robot vacuum for awhile, and I’m glad I finally got this Shark. I vacuum and mop pretty often but it’s amazing the amount of stuff this still picks up. It navigates the rooms like a curious puppy yet still seems to hit every area. it also fits in tight spaces like under furniture with ease. My favorite part is that it doesn’t map the room so you can use it on multiple floors/floor plans and don’t have to buy one for each floor, so it’s really cost effective.

Very good help while cleaning. I use it everyday. Very quiet.
