It is a great product, not the smartest I do feel that is take a while to figure out where it is going and where it has been. Love the app so I can get start and stop when needed. Over all a great purchase and it wont hurt the wallet too much.

Its easy to use, working perfectly on hard floor as well as on carpet.

This robot is great at cleaning, and fun to watch in action! Very easy to set up and use, including the app (yes, yet another app) to control it from anywhere, including the ability to schedule it to do routine independent cleaning. It has on board cleaning & docking buttons too, so if you want to avoid the app and are planning to be present whenever you use it, it can be operated independent of the app (a HUGE plus in my book, although I do plan to use the app with this particular device). I must admit that I was expecting it to be smaller than it is, but after seeing it in action, it seems to be the perfect size to do what it does. It is fairly quiet when doing its rounds throughout your living space, except for the slight rolling sound it makes when in areas with hard floors. I love the fact that it attempts (successfully, for the most part) to do very detailed cleaning along edges and corners, however, detailing is the one area that I would say you should plan to use a hand vac or wand or other do-it-yourself tool, although in most cases this will get the job done completely. My only word of caution is regarding loose cords. I did not notice that there was a loose cord in one area of my home, and the Bot attempted to remove it. The cord was rather thick, so my initial thought was that it would avoid/recoil from the cord, but it actually tried to vacuum the cord and I had to quickly separate the two. Aside from that, it is large enough for you to use natural furniture and barriers from items around your home to get it to go where it needs to go (although it comes with a roll of barrier guard to keep it away from whatever areas you choose), and small enough to fit under most commonly sized tables, stands, and elevated items to clean large areas of the home with minimal prep work beforehand. I would highly recommend this very entertaining device to everyone! Charge 'em up and let 'em have at it!

We have a “shedder” that created tumble weed sized hair balls. It was like a scene from a western. LOL. No more!!! Seriously though, our “Rosie” takes care of our hardwood floors like a champ!!! It does occasionally miss awkward places that it has to enter at the perfect angle, but I’d expect that of any robot vac. Pros: -Simple functionality. Turn it on as you leave, or go to bed. Forget to turn it on, use the app while away from home. -Very thorough. For such a small device, it does a good job at getting virtually everything. Cons: -You have to be careful of what’s on the floors. Kid throws/drops a sock on the floor, it’s going to cause issues. Same with dog toys, etc. Basically the same as if you were actually going to vacuum, but good Ol’ Rosie is doing it for me instead. LOL -It does sometimes get robot stupid. It goes into a tight spot and has 4 ways out, but always turns at just the right angle to miss the exits. If I don’t save it from it’s face bashing doom, it will eventually find its way out, but really I’m just nitpicking at this point. Really happy about this purchase. Simplifies life more than I could have imagined.

I have pets in the house. This does a great job keeping the floors clean and free of dust bunnies and cat and dog hair provided you routinely empty the collection reservoir and the brush roller. It has simplified my life.

Her name is Janet and she is my best friend! I let her run after I vacuum to maintain the animal hair in my home. This has been such a help in keeping the dust, dirt and hair in check. It's very sturdy and anticipates objects before it touches them. I am thrilled with my purchase and wish I could get a robot to do all the rest of my house work!

Picks up quite a bit of dirt and hair. Saves time. However, it goes over the same spot several times and doesn't vacuum the whole house. It's pretty stupid. Hair gets tangled.

Since purchasing this for my mother it has been used non stop. She is a neat freak and really appreciated this gift. It is very easy to use considering my my mom isn't very tech savvy and doesn't speak much English. Highly recommend it if you're in the market for the first time for one of these cleaning robots.

A great vacuum. This is the only vacuum even needed or used on the first floor of my home for 2 year now. Only required some minor maintenance in replacing brushes and filters. The app could use a little work but it is not necessary for cleaning.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. It works great. Excellent bang for the buck. It doesn't get the floor totally clean, but it keeps it clean enough between major cleanings. It will get caught up on cords and the like so keep those up and out of the way. Very pleased with the purchase.

We are so incredibly happy with this purchase! We had a Roomba 600 series 2 years ago. It would not find it's dock, it would get stuck everywhere, and cleaning the brushes and wheels were such a hassle. Cleaning this shark is so easy! It docks itself perfectly, and the quiet setting is amazing!

The Shark Ion is great. I can control it with my phone and with Alexa. It cleans really well. Unlike the Rumba it doesn’t map your rooms but also unlike the Rumba it wont break your wallet. It does have a hard time on Carpet that is fury like our area rug. Overall, I love this little vacuum and would recommend it.

Cleans very well and can find the base even though I don't have the recommended space available for the docking station. The app is weird and requires too many permissisons so I don't use it.

We’ve had ours for about 1 month . We are a 1 cat family our home is all tile floors ! I run the Shark about every third day and it keeps our place clean . A lot less vacuuming on our part .

We bought the Shark Ion 750 about a month ago. We've used it daily since. It picks up cat hair, dust, etc. The carpets all look brighter. The floors are shiny. Sometimes we close it in a room to increase the chances that it gets every inch. Other times we let it wander around the house. We love it.

This model has so many glitches. It is impossible to know where to start. It absolutely will not leave the dock on it's own. I have done all the trouble shooting possible. Half the time, it won't return to the dock. Not very robotic. I might as well be using my regular vacuum

This thing is so incredible at doing light cleaning between full deep cleanings! Easy to set up and run! I recommend sticking around on the first couple runs and see if it gets stuck on anything, but clear any obstacles after seeing if it gets caught and this thing will become your new best friend!

There is no mapping on this one so it essentially cleans at random but I have it set to run twice a day. I have been very impressed with the amount it is able to pick up. The beautiful part is that with three indoor dogs I no longer have to vacuum daily!

I love this Shark- Ion robot vacuum so much that I bought a second one so that my first one has a friend. :) It operates quietly, which is a big selling point for me. See I have two cats that get stressed out by regular vacuums, and they just sleep through this model.
