I bought the Shark Air Wave IQ attachment for my wife as a birthday gift, and she absolutely loves it. She has long, straight hair that she usually wears down, and she's always wanted to be able to create beachy waves without having to use a curling iron. The Shark Air Wave IQ is a great way to create beachy waves without using heat styling tools. It works by using air to circulate hair in a cylindrical tube, which creates ringlets. You can also switch the direction the air circulates from left to right depending on how you want to style your hair. My wife found the Shark Air Wave IQ to be very easy to use. She simply attaches it to her Shark HyperAIR hair dryer, sections her hair, and then feeds a strand of hair into the tube. She holds the tube upside down and turns it on, and the air circulates around the hair, creating a wave. She was able to create beautiful beachy waves in just a few minutes. The waves were soft and natural-looking, and they lasted all day. I don’t mind that this attachment is heavy and bulky. It does work if you have a LOT of patience and your hair is just the right amount of dry. I did not use with styling products because I don’t need them when I use my Beachwaver which takes less than ½ the time and looks much MUCH better. First photo is with this product. The second is with the Beachwaver.

Works great! my wife loves how it helps style her hair Old blow dryer has been passed on to kids.

I love the no heat styling option but the tool itself is very bulky. It's almost a burden to use on the back of your hair. So I'm returning.

This is extremely bulky and odd to handle. I wouldn't mind that except for the fact that it does not really make a wave and definitely does not hold it for more than a minute or two

Hair that is not too thin or too thick and has some natural wave will do very well with the airwave attachment. It styles loose curls or tight curls (with a little spray) on medium to long length hair.

It works ok but it’s bulky and hard to maneuver. Not easy to use
