Overall great! Getting the map precise to avoid area rugs was a little tedious. Once we figured it, works like a gem! Quite the time saver!

Pros: liking it so far. little tricky to set up at first however works well. 2 in 1 feature is awesome! loving the self emptying which is one less thing i have to do . mopping feature works best in rooms/sections cause the tank can only hold so much water. cons: its loud! like a plane loud & makes weird noises apparently thats “normal” & it does take a little too long to clean in my opinion.

Dandy machine for my mother in law. So far, all is good. It really helps her tidy up. She is learning how to use it because she is not all that technologically savvy. So, "ease of use" is hard right now, but we'll get there.

Love this little guy. Always on time always works hard and does a great job. Im sure that hand vacuuming is better but with this guy if he missed it i can send him back. NP

I love this so much! I have a toddler, baby, 2 cats, and a husky and this makes sure I never have to worry about the floors everyday. All I have to do is a weekly deep clean mop!

Really nice vacuum/mop. Takes some dialing in for mops with Shark but it was not hard. Setting up the rooms was a little odd and can be simpler. There are no instructions for the mixology of the solution. The MOST frustrating part I having to take it off the mount, pull the reservoir off fill it with water and cleaning solution and then click everything back on. I should have gotten the on with a water tank.

overall a great buy. alleviates daily household tasks. does how ever take a day or so to accommodate to floor plan. still very happy with purchase

This shark is awesome! It gets up all the debris on my hardwood floors. I haven’t tested the mop yet but if it works like the vacuum we are in good hands.

The shark is great when it can communicate with the wifi. If you have a weak internet you will have trouble with the operation. Once connected it works well with the phone

This was a great purchase for a great price. I purchased this for my dad although I have a different brand and this is working so much better than mine.

Got it as a gift for my friend and this thing works better than any other robot vacuum ive had, for the price its definitely the way to go!

The Shark Matrix 2 in 1 is another great product from the Shark family. Unboxing and set-up was very simple and straight-forward - download the app, name your vacuum, and let it charge. After the initial charge it will run approximately 60 minutes which was plenty of time for my amount of space (about 1000 sq feet). The initial "mapping" was incredibly fast and I was surprised at how quickly it finished. The phone app shows the areas that were cleaned and it was accurate. After the initial mapping, the Shark recharged and was ready to go. Although it is described as a mop and vacuum product, you have to set up separate map zones for each type of cleaning. In order to mop, you have to install the mopping pad and cleaning solution. When complete you then remove the mopping pad to vacuum. While certainly not a deal breaker, there are other products that will do both at the same time (although they are much more expensive). I only have a small area that needs to be mopped so not a big deal for me. The Shark Matrix did a great job on my first vacuum session. It was very thorough and you could tell by the lines in the carpet that it had covered all areas. The IQ Navigation and Matrix Grid feature ensures that it covers all areas and the powerful Shark suction gets them all clean. One of the greatest features is the ability to use it over and over (up to 30 days) without having to empty the base. It has a decent size dust bin that's easy to remove/empty/replace. There's also a filter in the base that's easy to clean. Being able to tell Alexa to run the machine is also a neat feature - you don't even have to pick up your phone to clean the house! Thumbs up to Shark for another great product!

Works fine now we will see how it holds up. We have a large family and hope this helps keep the floors a little more manageable.
