Love this!!! Makes life so much easier specially on this busy holiday season

I'm very happy with this device. The set-up and mapping was easy for me...I did not need the assistance of my adult children. It vacuums very well. The mopping geature has my hard wood floor gleaming. It cleans the tile sections of my flooring adequately, it does not do so well with the grout.

It works amazing as long as nothing gets stuck like shoe laces or rugs. Mop function is ok only used once.

Mapping and self clean is good. For cleaning, 90% good. Sometimes it is missing some debris.

I have always liked Shark. This thing REALLY works. Its fascinating to watch it run around the house. We have 3 dogs that shed and this takes care of that. My wife loves it. We run it 2 scheduled times a week. Worth every penny!!

This is really life save and time saver for me as I am a working mom of 4 year todler and working full time ,I can’t get a chance to do cleaning as much I want but now I don’t have to wait for my day off to get mop and vacuumed because I bought this and it’s does everything for me so I have more time to spend with my kid .love this robot and it’s part of our family too as my daughter named fluffy bear ❤️

The best and superb cleaning experience. It mapped my house in one go and started cleaning at the scheduled times and days without any hassles. It is smart with any obstacle and doesn’t it it hard. Comes in 3 different settings and I chose max whenever guests are arriving. Does the job fast and quick. I would recommend everyone to have this. I had purchased Roomba before and returned it within a week as it failed mapping my house every time. This is one is the best. I don’t really need to rely on cleaners for the job anymore.

I really wanted to love my robot vacuum. But, I have had it for 2 months and honestly feel like it is much more trouble than it is worth. The main reason I wanted it is because we have pets and of course fur goes everywhere. They are all short haired, and truly not a lot of shedding. The vacuum does a good job picking up dust, but leaves everything else on the floor. I have to run the regular vacuum at least every other day and that totally defeats the purpose. And now, while in operation, the lever that holds the dust bin in place popped off. It is held in place with a spring and I have no idea where the spring went. After hours of searching, I assume it must be in Canada. I don't know. All in all, disappointed with this fairly pricey purchase.

Works well so far. Arrived quickly. No complaints.

Works great vacuuming, mopping uses same pad unless changed not the best does not pick up liquids.

With a household of two boys and two dogs this has been a lifesaver! So easy to switch from mop to vacuum and it is amazing how good a job it does.

Seems to work very well picks up pet hair and other items as hoped. The navigation or mapping seems a bit wonky, the map it originally made was fairly accurate but the robot seems to miss areas or entire rooms occasionally. But it is easy enough to send it to a room to pick up what it missed.
