Our vacuum keeps our house spotless! It works while we are gone so we come home to a clean home!

The Kraken-per our dogs I had to send her out a few times to learn/map the house. Over time she changes her pattern. Doesn’t clean the same. I’m amazed at how much “stuff” gets picked up. I think I can do without the mop part. Kinda a pain in my opinion. For some reason she only cleaned half the area today. Will keep an eye on that. Otherwise more than I expected really. I’m happy with my purchase

Worked great. Til it didn’t. I’ve had it almost a year. The app doesn’t work right anymore. It doesn’t have a map of my house anymore so it just cleans wherever. It gets stuck all the time on nothing at all. Just stops in the middle of the carpet. The mop doesn’t mop at all anymore For more than $400 I expected it to last a little longer than 9-10 months. Very disappointing.

It works for a couple of years until the ypu need to upgrade to a new one when they come out again. It keeps disco nectuong from the app and i have to keep resetting it. If you dont clean it often it leaves a smell behind when it dumps the trash in its bin.

I'm familiar with the vacuuming (I also have an AE2500), and this has much more power, but I'm reviewing mopping. It mopped better than I did. Seriously. I tested this: I mopped my floors first (Swiffer wet). I didn't pickup much dirt. I then set this up and after mapping, I threw on the mop. Seriously?! It mopped the house and picked up much more dirt than I could manually mopping. Time will tell, but based on initial performance ... yes. Get this.

So far so good. This vacmop does a great job and seems to be pretty thorough. We like it better than our old Roomba that seemed to conk out on us and always was having issues. Similar to other reviews you might see, the app is lacking. I wish it had some more features, but overall easy to use. At this point it has run about 18.5 hours without any issue since first bought it. So of course still a lot to be dtermined, but at this point, we are happy that we went with this Shark!

As a vacuum cleaner it is very good, it has large wheels, it doesn't get stuck in furry carpets, As a mop also works well, the only downside is that the cleaning tank on the base only works when using the vacuum cleaner (if you install the mop, the base will only be used to charge the battery) Other issue is the restriction to install the APP in foreign Countries

Love it! Nothing like mopping while sitting on the couch!

I was lil skeptical about this robot for some reviews I read before but after 1 month of use I can give a honest review, I have 2 dogs and 1 baby, this is a clean changer, it really helps with dust and dog hair, it mops really good, is not for large spills but for your everyday it works perfect. You set the map and schedule you want this machine cleans and then it does his work. I really love it. In my case I use a steamer machine once a week to sanitize and the shark robot everyday. Love it!

I believe this is one of the my best purchase from best Buy. It really works great and i am loving it.. Super easy, just sit back and relax and let robot works for you

I absolutely love this robot!!!! I was so surprised by the ability it had to map my house and how efficient the vacuum was.

I used to have several models from other brands and this is the first time I find a robot vacuum that satisfies my expectations. I would recommend it without a doubt.

We purchased this vacuum robot in December and we are impressed with how it works. Requires minimal maintenance but provides best results. Picks up all the dog hair and mops very well

I was concerned with a single sweeper and it also being mop capable that both would suffer in performance. But we took a chance and both work great. We did upgrade the sweeping brush to a three brush but it works well either way. Mopping is honestly better than anticipated. You will still need to clean and scrub but this definitely extends that out a lot while ensuring all the hair and dirt is mostly gone. I think the only issue I found is with the new method of tracking and mapping is certain areas lower to the ground it doesn’t even attempt to go under which is unfortunate. But I recommend it still over any other smart robot vacuums.

Works well, I like the lidar version rather than the camera version. The mopping attachment works great for when you don’t have time to mop your self. The “matrix mopping” or “spot mopping” mode does help with those kitchen floor stains. But super stuck on stains may need two or more rounds. I believe this is due to the amount of water that is used which will help dissolve the stains.

Great app with it for designating areas and mapping areas for both wet or dry clean up. Easy to clean and use. Helpful for keeping up with the light clean up and keeping the hardwood shiny.

Great product! First type of cleaner ive bought and im happy i did, my house is clean, and it cleans daily, i get more time to do other things and i can trust the floors will be clean all the time. I recimend it to everyone.
