    This robo does everything it has to. Sometimes it needs somebody to follow while its stuck between dining chairs or carpets. Slow but cleans well.

    This Shark 2 in 1 has been amazing, we have an Irobot that is 3 times the cost and yet this Shark runs circles around it. I love the bagless dustbin and it so much quieter as well!! Great purchase!

    One in all functionality, simple and easy to execute steps from start of install for the first time run. It left us impressed how fast it mapped our house and then was ready to clean. The ability to send the vacuum cleaner to a specific certain areas are some of its cool feature. Self cleaning feature also comes in very handy as now you are less worried about debris after every clean up. Wish we had the ability to map out second floor - may be it’s coming in the update of the app.

    My home is 3292 sqft I purchased this vacuum for the downstairs and I love it it takes about 1 1/2 hours to vacuum all of the downstairs . I have it set up to run on a schedule.i love that it is self empty I typically empty it once a week because I am so curious if how much debris it picks up and it picks up a lot today was the first time I sweeping in 2 weeks I used a Swiffer and I was amazed at how little debris the Swiffer picked up before I got the vacume I would use like 3 Swiffer pads just to sweep the down stairs and I did this 3 times per week now I used only one Swiffer pad to sweep all of the downstairs thanks to the shark vacuum. I did use the mop feat on it I do admit I used this feature only one time and I did not like it because I only used it to mop the kitchen and dining room witch is about 300-400 sqft total to do this job it took 90 minutes I only filled the container one time so I figured I would have to refill it 4-5 times in order to mop all of the downstairs. Refill is not a big deal as it would still make my life so much easier but I feel that it would end up being more expensive than just mopping my self and also I don't think it did a very good job mopping. Maybe if your home is 500-1000sqft it would be better at mopping but over all I still love this vacuum this alone is worth the investment

    I have had this product for 9 months now. I am using it twice a week roughly for mop + vaccum. Although it does an acceptable job cleaning, the mop tank was broken twice in the past months. The brushroll is already worn out and the brushroll door also got broken. In no way I have abused the product. These are beyond minimal wear and tear of a good quality product. Usually the replacements are expensive and out of stock and not covered by warranty so its an additional $ . The software could also do better there are occasional glitches but not a deal breaker. So overall 3stars for doing the job but for quality 2 stars.

    We have a hectic but fun lifestyle with 3 small children and a dog and keeping up with the floors has been the biggest headache for us. We decided to purchase one of these and give it a try and so glad we did. It did take time to put together and map the house but its quite intelligent and efficient. I know it will help us a lot and we can spend our energy on the kids instead of cleaning the floors!
