I was lil skeptical about this robot for some reviews I read before but after 1 month of use I can give a honest review, I have 2 dogs and 1 baby, this is a clean changer, it really helps with dust and dog hair, it mops really good, is not for large spills but for your everyday it works perfect. You set the map and schedule you want this machine cleans and then it does his work. I really love it. In my case I use a steamer machine once a week to sanitize and the shark robot everyday. Love it!

I'm familiar with the vacuuming (I also have an AE2500), and this has much more power, but I'm reviewing mopping. It mopped better than I did. Seriously. I tested this: I mopped my floors first (Swiffer wet). I didn't pickup much dirt. I then set this up and after mapping, I threw on the mop. Seriously?! It mopped the house and picked up much more dirt than I could manually mopping. Time will tell, but based on initial performance ... yes. Get this.

It takes a bit to map out the floors to be cleaned.

I was concerned with a single sweeper and it also being mop capable that both would suffer in performance. But we took a chance and both work great. We did upgrade the sweeping brush to a three brush but it works well either way. Mopping is honestly better than anticipated. You will still need to clean and scrub but this definitely extends that out a lot while ensuring all the hair and dirt is mostly gone. I think the only issue I found is with the new method of tracking and mapping is certain areas lower to the ground it doesn’t even attempt to go under which is unfortunate. But I recommend it still over any other smart robot vacuums.

I absolutely love this robot!!!! I was so surprised by the ability it had to map my house and how efficient the vacuum was.

Worked great. Til it didn’t. I’ve had it almost a year. The app doesn’t work right anymore. It doesn’t have a map of my house anymore so it just cleans wherever. It gets stuck all the time on nothing at all. Just stops in the middle of the carpet. The mop doesn’t mop at all anymore For more than $400 I expected it to last a little longer than 9-10 months. Very disappointing.

Once I figured out how to mop, I'm loving this little cleaner! My rugs and carpets are clean again, and I no longer need to mop! Love it's cheerful song as it begins to work.

Works well, I like the lidar version rather than the camera version. The mopping attachment works great for when you don’t have time to mop your self. The “matrix mopping” or “spot mopping” mode does help with those kitchen floor stains. But super stuck on stains may need two or more rounds. I believe this is due to the amount of water that is used which will help dissolve the stains.

Definitely a great buy for the busy family. Not the best mopping but perfect for multiple times a week. works really good for cleaning all the floors while at work or at church. Once mapped, you can send it to do single rooms.

Haven’t used it yet but the customer service when purchased was great!

Love this vacuum. it does such a great job. Get the warranty, because it will break after a year of use (if you have pets). But i love it so much I just keep repurchasing

I love the shark vacuum and mop. It works great. However, there is a design flaw with the fluid reservoir. It has a small plastic clip that breaks pretty frequently.

Very intuitive, and instructions make it try and error, but easy. Much better than a maid or cleaning the large floor space myself

I love it. I was nervous about spring so much money on it because I could do all of this myself. But I kept reading the reviews on different sites and I finally broke down and bought it. I don’t regret it. I love it and I turn it on late at night to vacuum the floor and after it does that. It mops the floor. I am very thankful for the work it does. I’m very happy. Best thing I could do for myself!

this has made my life so much easier. It cleans the whole house and uses a pattern, unlike the random go-everywhere with the Rumba

It does what I want both vacuuming and mopping. Does not hit the deep stuff but a few runs gets the vast majority of the stains.

I really enjoy it! Makes housework chores a lot easier on this mama of 3.

This robo does everything it has to. Sometimes it needs somebody to follow while its stuck between dining chairs or carpets. Slow but cleans well.
