This Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop, it does an excellent job cleaning. The Matrix Clean technology and sonic mopping features ensure thorough cleaning, and the HEPA filter is a great addition for keeping dust and allergens at bay. The home mapping functionality is impressive, making it easy to set cleaning zones and automate the process. However, there are a couple of limitations worth noting. If you have a lot of furniture, such as sofas or coffee tables, the vacuum may struggle to navigate around tight spaces effectively. Additionally, it doesn’t clean staircases, which is something to keep in mind if you live in a multi-story home. That said, for open spaces and everyday cleaning, this product performs exceptionally well and offers fantastic convenience. Overall, it’s a solid choice for maintaining a clean home with minimal effort.

The Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 has exceeded all my expectations. The suction power is impressive, and it picks up dust, hair, and debris effortlessly. The mapping is accurate, the routes are efficient, and it transitions smoothly between floors and carpet. The app is intuitive, schedling is simple, and the cacuum runs quietly. For a robot vacuum, its really good. We have ours set on a schedule so i dont have to worry about it. My 3 complaints are it is loud and it gets stuck fairly easily, also, it gets lost when returning to dock. Most of the time i just find it and tale it back myself.

I have had a Roomba for years. It always got stuck or ran over things it shouldnt and even could not get itself back to home base to charge. I gave up on it. I went looking for something new. I compared all the products out there and decided to give this lil guy a shot. At first I could not get it working with my wifi. Come to find out it did not work with my particular router because it could only be used on 2.4 GHz. My router is Eero and has the capability of running 2.4 GHz to enable the device to be connected. Long story short, I had to make a seperate connections and the name had to be in all lower case for this vacuum to connect. After a week of that debacle it works great every day. I am able to keep it on a daily schedule that I want it to run and it picks up everything. I have 3 hairy dogs and I was having a hard time keeping up during the week with all of the hair mess. Anyway, I am amazed at all the hair that is collected it the separate bin. The mopping function works pretty good. Manual mopping the floor myself of course is always going to be more efficient. But for a robot it doesnt do too bad of a job. I sometimes run it on mop in the middle of the week just to clean up a lil. You can map out the area to make sure it does not mop on carpeted areas. The price cant be beat for all that it does.

Switched from a roomba due to the moping feature, bought for the advertised suction power otherwise. The self dumping feature is great, easy to setup. Had issues with app initially but solved after. Beware it is a cable eater so be careful to not leave anything it might gobble up. In all honesty the app might be the worst part of the shark, it does map a house properly but labelling certain areas becomes a bit tedious. Mopping feature is more than a gimmick, it cleans well, have not had issues on my floors, and it does offer a water only cleaning.

Amazing product! Its easy to use and so convenient for me and my family. With pets in the house it helps so much. It works overnight and we wake up to clean floors.

So impressed by this vacuum. The initial mapping of the cleaning area took barely any time at all. I love being able to choose the areas I want the vacuum to clean on the app. The vacuum does a great job and is so quiet. The wheels look like mini all-terrain wheels, it can go over small obstacles and still clean. I have a stone bath mat and he goes right over it with no problem. If it gets stuck, the app will give me a notification and if I can’t find the vacuum, through the app I can ask it to make a sound so I can find it. Very happy and impressed with this purchase.

I am absolutely so thankful that I bought this vacuum/mop combo! I have had three within the past 5 years. This one is by far the best. The last one I had was an Ecovacs Deebot N8+. Pros: - Mop moves side to side so it cleans better - Large reservoir, cleans my house twice before running out (900sqft) - Quiet - Does not get tangled over cords or stuck easily (my last two did all of the time) - The rolling brush really doesn't get as dirty as quick as any other ones I have used. My hair is extremely long and I do shed almost as much as my cat and dog do haha, I do not have to frequently cut off my hair from the brush. Cons: - Map from the Ecovacs was WAY better. You were able to locate it in real time on their map, making it easier to create no mop zones and all of the other mapping features. They can most definitely improve in that aspect. - Also doest not allow you to schedule multiple cleaning cycles, just one time daily to clean. :( - The self-emptying feature only works with the regular vacuum. When the mop attachment is on, it charges on the opposite side to prevent wetting the charging ports and it holds the dust in. You have to manually empty, which really sucks as I use the mopping feature on a daily basis. I would still say this is the best I have had so far. 4/5 only because the app can really use some help to improve the user experience.

It definitely works good the vacuum is nice the mops nice but it does have difficulties draining the vacuum of the debris into the container

Overall im very satisfied. Set up was easy, very essy to use wirh the app. Mops well, and vacuums well.

We had a Roomba before that finally gave up on us after 5 years. We love this it was a lot more affordable and I feel works just as good I’ve used it in our rooms with rug and the living area with tile works great on both. The only issue I have had is that I send it to one room and it goes into others even after mapping we also haven’t used the mop feature yet

I've used this amazing product for the last month and a half. This robot vacuum has given me so much peace of mind and I'm constantly impressed by how well it works. The app is very easy to use, maps out your house very accurately, and does way better than my manual labored vacuuming and mopping. It allow you to mark carpeted areas so the mopping feature doesn't mop on the carpet. I've recommend this product to so many friends and family members of mine and they all share the exact same opinion. Must buy, it'll change your life and give you a lot of time to do other things in the house. I got this product as a total tech deal and it was an amazing buy!

Great vacuum for low carpet and maintained pet households. It does amazing on bare flooring, but in my opinion falls short for carpet. It does vacuum well and picks up, but my wife's hair and the cat's hair do not seem to get picked up as much as I wanted. It's great to maintain a cleaner house, but do deep cleaning occasionally. The mop works well for a light clean and requires manual setup for the mop, but it's easy to get mopping. Overall, we like it; the house does feel cleaner and reduces the amount of cleaning.

I love this vacuum. The suction is great and it does a great job mopping my hard surfaces. The only issue I have with this vacuum is with the battery life.

Pretty good vacuum initially purchased because im so busy and we have vinyl floors throughoutost the house so hoped this could hemp with the chores some. It gets caught up on my rug sometimes and its not the brightest at mapping out your home. It does a decent job vacuuming thpugh gets the majority of stuff off the floor. Haven't tried the mop function yet but will update once i have. Decent purchase though

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH! I hate sweeping & mopping and this has completely changed my life. It maps your whole place and you can set up zones you don’t want it to go for both vacuuming & mopping. It self empties so you don’t have to worry about emptying after vacuuming and changing the head for the mopping portion is just as easy. There’s an option to put it on a schedule so it’ll automatically go at the fixed times. I’m obsessed.

Vacuums very well. It does not get entire house. Difficult to map. Had to do multiple times. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet. It does do a good job on the places it goes . I may not be tech savvy enough to set up correctly. If you are tech savvy i think it would be an amazing product. Canister much smaller than I thought

Best thing about the Shark is it collects all the dog hair imaginable (80 pound retriever who sheds like crazy). The mopping feature cleans just as well and can sweep at the same time. The auto cleaning feature ensures no mess when needs to clean the vaccum itself. The mapping and wifi capabilities make this the beat robort/AI vacuum yet. It doesnt just blast into furniture like others do. You’re able to block off certain areas if you need too as well. Iverall after 6 weeks of use we have ZERO complaints. Hope this helps!
