Shark robot

My wife was really surprised what it picks up. We have all tile floors and 2 throw rugs. Very pleased.

It thoroughly cleans my floors, without a trace of dirt left behind. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Best little machine ever!

Super happy my purchase. It is not a deep cleaning be aware of that but it helps a lot.

Got me out of a hairy situation.

I have an English mastiff that is huge, and he sheds large coarse hair constantly. Before I was sweeping my hardwood floors every other day and there were still piles of hairs accumulating in the corners and along the edge of the wall. With this vacuum it’s programmed to run once a day and I haven’t touched my broom since and there are no clumps of hair. Would highly recommend.

Doesn't seem to know there are where missed areas

I have been waiting for it to get to a certain area which it hasn't pickup up some debris for 3 weeks now and it runs 3 days a week. So, 9 times it had an opportunity to reach the open area that has some small debris that may have came off shoes by the front door. I can clean it myself, but it is suppose to be doing the whole house. Now I wonder if it doesn't reach a whole lot of areas. I don't have time to follow it as it takes hours to do my 2000 sq ft ranch home.

I miss my Roomba...

Cleaned the house once, now it does half, docks to charge and does not resume cleaning like its supposed to. The app isn't user friendly. Spending hours deleting the vac and redoing everything. Also bumps into everything!!!! Would never purchase again. Purchased this because I own an upright shark vac and love it. This is definitely a miss. Also be aware best buy only has a 15 day return policy.

Robot cleaner

My only issue is that when it gets stuck due to a wire or something it doesn’t send me a notification or alert.

Vacuum Robots - A long way to go before acceptable

This is called "Explore". Its app says it is Exploring, but it really is sitting idle in the dock. I forced it to do a cleaning cycle. We'll see if the thing creates an map that way. Have run every solution I found online. Didn't realize how "BAD" this product and support reviews are until now. Looks like this one may go back to its home sooner than later.
