    It was easy to set up and map but it did not do a good job of getting under cabinet edges and corners. I decided to return within the 15 days for refund.

    We couldn’t get the shark robo to connect to my phone so there for the robo would not operate. When we took it back to the store the young lady that was helping tried to connect it to her phone could not get it to connect so there was for sure something wrong with the robo.

    This is the worst. Every time I try to use it, I have to begin with about 15 minutes of troubleshooting, and even then, it will decide to work about half the time.

    waste of money if you have kids, the romba is better but they didn't have any in the store when I bought the shark
