I am not happy with this purchase. This little vacuum does what it is supposed to do, however it does a very poor job. It has to recharge at least once, if not twice, during the morning scheduled clean - which means it takes ALL DAY to complete. It takes up to 3 hours to charge each time. The self cleaning brush roll is a joke, as it gets clogged often, but it will also stop and show a brush roll error in the App - even if it's not clogged. It is also much louder than I anticipated while running. I will give it credit for having a user friendly App and it was good at mapping my home the first try. But it is absolutely not worth the money and I will be looking outside of the Shark brand for a replacement.

I previously owned a Shark Robot vacuum and it lasted almost 4 years. It got an Error Code 4 that I could not fix so I bought this new one last month. So far it’s working perfectly and once you have a robot vacuum, it’s hard to go back to manual vacuuming. I only have to do touch ups in some rooms around the edges. I LOVE my Shark Robot vacuum! I wholeheartedly give it a TEN rating!!!

Really great product. Saves my family numerous times having to sweep a week. with little kids and crumbs, just let this thig run at night and your all set. A little loud when first learning the terrain as it bumps into things and gets stuck, also when it empties not very quiet. Other than that great value.

It works very well. Mine is named Vakoom. It does our whole house only stopping once to charge.

I bought this for a mothers day present and was doubtful of it performing the way i wanted it to. After using it i am impressed with how well it does. There is no carpet in the house so i cant say how it would do with that. It does great in the hardwoow and even the rugs that are theoughout the house. I was shocked that it will even pick up stray pieces of cat food and litter that get knocked around. I would definitely buy again.

Haven’t had this Shark for too long. I’m still learning to use it. I haven’t set up the App completely yet so I haven’t had the vacuum get to work when I’m not home. The few times I have used it I’m very pleased with it. We’re a busy family with indoor pets and needed help with keeping up on the dog hair. I am very pleased how well this vacuum cleans. I would definitely recommend this so far.

So far, this has been the best robot vac I've purchased. The self emptying function is what sold me on this. The set up was familiar and easy from my previous shark bot vac. While i still have to empty the canister often, I get way more cleaning done with this one than the one without the self emptying feature. I have a shepherd who sheds a lot and this has been a life saver. No more pup hair accumulating near the baseboards after 1 day!

Amazing Vac. We have this on a schedule and she cleans every day before we get home. With 2 dogs and all this pollen it keeps our hardwood floors clean.

Does a great job cleaning and it can even navigate a ramp to get into the bedroom and bathroom to fully clean the house. Impressive!

Love this vacuum it really is amazing also stays away from stairs and vacuum rug and can step up to my kitchen floor

I’m in love with this product! 5/5 Easy to program and it saves you a lot of work. I have a dog and I had to sweep every 3 or 4 days but not anymore.

It does the job !! I mean I have a dog that sheds hair everywhere. Obviously this device can't reach everywhere but leaves the rooms 80% clean

This lady (Rosie, or Maryl Sweep) does everything she is supposed to do. I love the fact that she is upgraded with a brushroll that doesn't get as much hair stuck in it! My only complaint is that she gets confused very easily. For example, I will ask her to go to a specific room. She will head to a completely different room, and I have to stop her in the app and then ask her to start again - she makes her way there after that. Overall, a must have for any pet/child heavy home!

I love this vacuum. It is amazing and my house feels so much cleaner with no extra effort. Would definitely recommend this vacuum!

Cleans thoroughly and has great suction, but can be pretty clumsy and bumps into most obstacles. The bagless dirt compartment is a real plus, that saves money in the long run on purchasing cleaning supplies. Overall all a great robot vacuum with lots of features only available in higher end models, but still has issues with obstacle avoidance.

This is my second shark robot vacuum and this one does a better job vacuuming. Really helps keep the cat hair in the house stay down.

This little guy picks up everything and hits every spot that it can get to, got it for my wife since i put in wood floors for her and she loves it , she can control it from her phone and tell it spots not to go and sets it schedule but it is a awesome product

First robot vacuum and its been preforming like a champ. Easy to setup and gets all the fur along the walls. Highly recommend!

I love this thing. I am ashamed to say that sometimes I watch it clean up. I will just look at it pick up trash. It's super convenient that I don't have to empty it out on each run. The only had thing I've run into is sometimes on a rug it may think a bump is a cliff and stop but all you have to do is give it a little nudge and make it keep cleaning.
