it was easy to setup and app use mapped my house with not problem

After switching from an iRobot model to the Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum, I am thoroughly impressed with the performance and features of this device. One of the most notable upgrades is the mapping technology. The Shark Matrix excels in efficiently navigating and cleaning my home, thanks to its advanced mapping system. This feature not only ensures comprehensive coverage but also allows the vacuum to maneuver around obstacles with ease, making it more effective than my previous iRobot.

It works well, just what I needed. We have the area programmed and timer set. We liked this one so much we bought another one with the mopping feature for our lower floor which is all tile

This does a great job vacuuming our house. It was easy to set up and got it at a great sale price.

Works perfectly at night vacuuming in the gym. Picks up all of the days dirt. Easy to clean.

I recently purchased a new home with hardwood floors and this little guy has been the biggest life saver when it comes to keeping them clean. My yorkie cuddles with it when it returns to the charging station lol.

I loved my Shark Robot vacuum!!! However, after a year it stopped holding a charge and would only run for maybe 10 minutes. After this being my 3rd robot vacuum in 2 years (1st was a Roomba and it got stuck under my couches. The last 2 were both Sharks. First shark after having for 9 months got too loud, second shark quit charging), I decided to go back to corded vacuums.

This is my 4th robotic vacuum - actually the cheapest one I’ve bought by far, however a far superior product. If you have pets, man this is it! The “Matrix Clean” option is amazing, even leaves the fine crisp lines in the carpet letting everyone know that carpet is fresh as can be. The bagless emptying bin is also an awesome feature - and I truly appreciate all the filters on this thing - never get the smelly vacuum smell.

Best invention since sliced bread. What I like about this vacuum the most is that it empties itself, so be sure to get one that empties itself. Also love that it easily mapped my house and knows where to go to empty itself. Highly recommend.

I've owned this for a little over a year now and it was great the 1st 4 months, then it unpaired with my app, the battery won't charge past 70% ever. It has an 700sf area to clean and on normal suction it has to go back to the dock and recharge for 30 minutes before it can finish. The spinny brush has broken off on the same rug. I had to buy replacement spinny pack off of Amazon. That 1 hasn't popped off yet. But this is by far the worst purchase I have ever made of a Shark product. I love Shark brand.

Very good product every home should have one it is easy to use and understand it have a application that connects the device to your phone so you can use it from anywhere

Good vacuum! Wouldn’t buy this specific model again, and definitely wouldn’t pay full price. It does its job but I usually have to run it twice. I bought this specifically for dog hair and it really does seems to miss spots it shouldn’t.

It was easy to program and has done wonderful in cleaning.

I have had it for a couple of weeks, so far so good. It goes back and does not really miss any spots, especially in Matrix Clean mode. The only thing I would have preferred is for it to have 2 brushes instead of just one. Had some trouble connecting in the beginning but I did the troubleshoot reset and then everything went well.

This vacuum is okay but best I can say about it. Does a fairly good job cleaning but seems very confused at times and spins its wheels a lot more than it should therefore wasting a significant amount of time which is critical giving the very short battery time and super long charging time. The app needs some work done as well. Trying to add rooms with very limited adjustment cuts out specific areas of the particular room but lands in another room you dont want for that room area. Ive had several robotic robots including iRobot and this one does not seem any better to me. Soso vacuum as a whole. Not sure if i would recommend to people giving the cost but I was lucky and got it on sale for 399 or I would probably be returning.

Works great, i tried non brand before that never did work well. Thos one last longer. I am hoppy.
