Great, four hard floors, or low pile carpet. Makes your life, simple and automated simply set the app so that it vacuums at a certain time and you can wake up every morning with clean floors.

The Shark Matrix was purchased to vacuum clean a large meeting area and has more than met the need and has freed up manpower that can be redirected for other purposes.

We upgraded to this self emptying vacuum from a regular vacuum with a small dustbin, but it’s just OK. I feel like we keep a pretty clean house, but the container that collects the dirt in the base needs to be emptied about once a week the canister on the base isn’t much bigger than the dustbin it seems. We’ve also had a lot of issues with this unit, sending errors saying that the dustbin can’t be emptied or Rollers are stuck. It seems to happen more frequently than I would care for.

Upgraded our Roomba to the shark. This cleans a lot better with a set pattern not like the Roomba that seemed to go to random places and go over areas it had already gone over. The app is easy to use and mapping the house took less than 20 minutes. Love that you can set “no go zones” in the app instead of buying accessories to block the vacuum from certain areas. Great price vs iRobot and performs a lot better.

Very good vacuum. Cleans entire house so good. By far this Matrix Shark is my favorite vacuum. Will not disappoint

This vacuum is okay but best I can say about it. Does a fairly good job cleaning but seems very confused at times and spins its wheels a lot more than it should therefore wasting a significant amount of time which is critical giving the very short battery time and super long charging time. The app needs some work done as well. Trying to add rooms with very limited adjustment cuts out specific areas of the particular room but lands in another room you dont want for that room area. Ive had several robotic robots including iRobot and this one does not seem any better to me. Soso vacuum as a whole. Not sure if i would recommend to people giving the cost but I was lucky and got it on sale for 399 or I would probably be returning.

Great product works really good…..does very good getting up pet hair.

Quick and easy to set up!! I didn’t have to do anything when coming back from work. I can set the time so I know my house is clean and this is great for cleaning before party starts

Love this vacuum! I set it to clean at noon everyday and I empty out the canister once a week or so. It’s exactly what I needed to keep up with the fog hair in my house.

I have had it for a couple of weeks, so far so good. It goes back and does not really miss any spots, especially in Matrix Clean mode. The only thing I would have preferred is for it to have 2 brushes instead of just one. Had some trouble connecting in the beginning but I did the troubleshoot reset and then everything went well.

Works pretty well. Misses some spots but hoping it will improve with timez

I bought this to do the small cleaning daily so I wouldn’t have to, and it could not be more happy with my purchase. Definitely picks up cat hair and small items.

This product has been great for in between floor cleanings , having a dog that sheds in the house.

Cleans amazingly. Easy to use and set up - especially the room mapping.

Love that I can set a schedule and the majority of the house is taken care of. Alerts to empty container or if the vacuum gets into a jam are helpful. I have 2 dogs and it handles the dog hair well and no clogging!! I have use the spot clean mode on several occasions as well and it worked well. Hoping to have good battery life, time will tell but so far so good. Very happy with this purchase

I love my shark this is the only robot to buy. Emptying is easy robot isnt loud like others. Works great
