Purchased this for our house to help my wife with daily maintenance. We have 3 children and the floors are a constant battle. We are a bit of a clean freak and really appreciate clean floors. Bob, the vacuum does a really good job getting into the nooks and crannies of our house. It fits under tables that are a pain to reach with a conventional vacuum and also gets under furniture like sideboards that would not normally get cleaned. Overall very happy with our purchase. Easy to setup as well. Only thing I had to do was to put out wireless router in a legacy mode so the Shark could connect. Once connected, sent it off to explore and it mapped the entire house in about 30 minutes. I like the spot clean option where I can send Bob to a specific zone to vacuum if there is a known mess and don’t want him to clean the whole house or room. Now we are looking into getting the mopping model. Definitely recommend.

Love the vacuum, easy to set up, I use it every day and works as I expected, I have a Persian cat with a lot of hair and now there is no hair around the hose. The only thing on this model is that there is not a multilevel option on the app so on the second floor I can’t have a map but still easy to just take it upstairs and run it by pressing the clean button and done.

Love my new “sharky” I have it set to run while I’m at work and I come home to spotless floors. When I’m home on the weekends I can see that it has no problems going from my wood floors to the rugs, my old robot (another brand) could not go from wood floor to space rugs.

Pretty impressive robot vacuum considering the price point compared to other name brands in the same space. The vacuum works well and we are glad that we purchased it. The only reason we did not give it a 5 star is because we expected the schedule cleaning feature to have the ability to schedule specific rooms at different times and/or days. This feature is lacking. You are therefore left with the vacuum attempting to clean the entire mapped house on a schedule which is impractical if you have more than 1500 sq ft as it will take all day to perform the task. Hopefully, Shark may update the app in the future to allow for granular room scheduling. If your needs don't require specific room scheduled cleaning, then this may fit your needs just fine.

I must admit I was skeptical at first and did thorough research on many different products before choosing the matrix. I must say that I am totally impressed with not only the ease of the app, but the suction of the vacuum itself on carpet and hard floors. It does a great job on both and it is a keeper for sure.

This robot vacuum works quite well. Its ability to map rooms is great. The spot clean feature is useful too. The side brush does get stuck occasionally.

Great suction! Best by far that I have owned. I had a Neato D5 previously and loved that but this really knocks it out of the park.mapping is great and it doesnt get stuck. Love the fact I dont have to empty every time. Great value for the money.

I purchased the "Shark - Matrix Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum RV2320S" and I couldn't be happier. This product was easy to set up right out of the box. I am really amazed at how well it operates. It cleans well and picks up dog hair, returns to the base to empty, then goes back to where it left off and continues to clean. It then returns to the base when it needs to recharge. It runs fairly quiet, as I don't need to turn up the tv volume. However, it is loud when it empties into the bin, but that only lasts for about 20 seconds. It maneuvers well under my end tables, beds, etc and has never gotten hung up anywhere. This is my first robot vacuum and I love it! It saves me alot of time, when I can be doing other things.

Wow!!! This is an amazing machine. I recently built a 2,000 square foot home with LVP flooring and carpeting in the Bedrooms and living area. She (we named her Rosie after the Jetson’s maid) does a great job ! The process of mapping and setup is fairly straightforward even for a 65 year old dinosaur like me. You pick and choose where you want to vacuum and the power level. I like that it empties itself and returns to charge if needed. I just send her on her way while my wife and I go out biking or enjoying a day of shopping.

I purchased this vacuum 4 months ago. The Good: It has been a terrific addition to the house. Love all that it picks up and how its station sucks out all the debris into a convenient bin, making for easy cleanup. The Bad: it has 4 sensors that are really finicky. When the sensors become dirty you have to disconnect the battery and clean the glass on the sensors with 91% isopropyl alcohol as recommended by numerous robot vacuum technicians. Now I'm at the point where the vacuum turns on but won't leave the base station and it keeps saying to relocate me error 7. This is apparently a common problem with this unit. Not all of them do it, but I apparently have one of the bad ones. I am bringing it in for service to have the sensors replaced.

Really enjoying this so far. Have had only Roombas until now, but this is a pleasant surprise. Very easy to use and does a great job. Love the self emtying feature too!

I had an older Shark that I bought about 4-5 years ago prior to this unit. I didn't think there would be that much of a difference in performance and only upgraded due to one of the drive wheels stripping out on one of the wheels which was the 2nd time this had happened. I purchased this model and I can't believe how much better all around it is! It's quieter, has better mapping software and hardware. The dust bin functionality is much friendlier although I do wish it didn't pull from the side. This can be an issue if you plan to place this model in a corner since the dust bin pulls from the right side. I've owned this unit almost 2 months now and it has performed very well. If you have a Shark over three years old like I did, it is well worth upgrading.

This Shark is awesome. It does a great job cleaning wood floor and carpets. It’s a little loud when it empties, but it’s well worth it.

I hesitated for so long to purchase robovacum. Let me tell you, this is worth of money!!! It helps keeping up with clean floors on daily basis. It feels great to do other staff like laundry, gardening… Or, after a long work day cooking dinner meal once everything is done you just put your robovacum to work while enjoying glass of wine or cup of coffee. I love it. And it works very well; I am very pleased! I wanted to add a video but there is no option to do so.

I have a shedding dog and cat. The vacuuming was getting to be a everyday thing. When I leave the house, I set the clean mode and come home to clean floors. Should have bought one long time ago!

Very smart, cleans well. Battery lasts. My only dislike is the total height of the machine, but would not stop me from recommending. Much better than iRoomba

I had an irobot for 3 years and was very unhappy with many things. Mainly that i had to pick it up weekly and cut all the hair out of rhe rollers. The shark no hair wrap is worth every penny!! This app was a little difficult at first. I finally gave up and created my account and verified my email on my actualy laptop instead of my phone and ive had zero issues with the app since then. You can name your rooms, make “keep out” zones and schedule run times. Id highly recommend this robot vacuum

Great product works perfectly can set timers a lot better than the ones that have a mopping feature. This is cleaner definitely happy and recommend.
