Love my new “sharky” I have it set to run while I’m at work and I come home to spotless floors. When I’m home on the weekends I can see that it has no problems going from my wood floors to the rugs, my old robot (another brand) could not go from wood floor to space rugs.

I love this vacuum. The cleaning sound is a little bit louder than my old rumba but cleans better

This Shark is awesome. It does a great job cleaning wood floor and carpets. It’s a little loud when it empties, but it’s well worth it.

It cleans well, intuitive mapping and cleaning. The only thing I can complain about is the scheduling function is not very flexible or customizable. It does exist, but Shark also states they may improve it in the future. Not a huge complaint but with kids and dogs we’re a little flexible on when we can or can’t schedule. Aside from that minor complaint, this is the best purchase of the year. Great for dog hair and dirt, moves over entry mats and small carpets easily.

I hesitated for so long to purchase robovacum. Let me tell you, this is worth of money!!! It helps keeping up with clean floors on daily basis. It feels great to do other staff like laundry, gardening… Or, after a long work day cooking dinner meal once everything is done you just put your robovacum to work while enjoying glass of wine or cup of coffee. I love it. And it works very well; I am very pleased! I wanted to add a video but there is no option to do so.

Moved in with my man and his husky and almost immediately wanted to move back out. Purchased this as a last resort to save my sanity and i would give it 10 stars if there were a way to make it do couches as well! Mapping was easier than I thought and it was also easy to set up my zones. Battery life is pretty decent and it gets the job done. I’m actually buying this second one as a gift for my mom…

I purchased this vacuum 4 months ago. The Good: It has been a terrific addition to the house. Love all that it picks up and how its station sucks out all the debris into a convenient bin, making for easy cleanup. The Bad: it has 4 sensors that are really finicky. When the sensors become dirty you have to disconnect the battery and clean the glass on the sensors with 91% isopropyl alcohol as recommended by numerous robot vacuum technicians. Now I'm at the point where the vacuum turns on but won't leave the base station and it keeps saying to relocate me error 7. This is apparently a common problem with this unit. Not all of them do it, but I apparently have one of the bad ones. I am bringing it in for service to have the sensors replaced.

The vacuum works like a charm. I thought it would struggle as I added new furniture and moved things around but I haven't had any issues. This helps me stay on top of all the hair shed from my longhair cat and the litter that they track around the house. I'm so glad I decided to treat myself to my first robot vacuum. I feel the accomplishment of getting clean floors without having to leave the couch or even be at home.

Cleans great, but could be a bit quieter. Maps the room really well.

I love this vacuum, it seriously has helped so much. I got a cat and the cat tracks litter everywhere and i was getting tired of vacuuming everyday but this robot vacuum literally has saved me so much time. It sucks everything up super well. I have no complaints i think it was worth the money. I did get it on sale bur i think it is worth the full price tbh

I have a shedding dog and cat. The vacuuming was getting to be a everyday thing. When I leave the house, I set the clean mode and come home to clean floors. Should have bought one long time ago!

It does a good job with mapping and it does well with cleaning. It is quieter than our prior iRobot. The only downsides are that it doesn’t always “see” things that I think it should and I wish you could make smaller areas to avoid.

Really do like this robot for picking up pet hair. It’s really amazing at that. However it doesn’t pick up the small pieces of clay all at litter that gets tracked in the house as good and I would want it to. Still picks it up but there is some litter left in the ground. It doesn’t take too long either to complete the whole house. It does like to run over cords and get stuck but it gets its self out.

This unit does not clean nearly s well as its competitor nor does it have any significant scheduling ability BUT is does not get lost nor stuck every time like its competitor. At least you can depend on it to complete the job even if it is not quite as good.

It's pretty cool and does a good job cleaning floors. I'm still having a problem figuring certain things out, such as side cleaners, specifying certain rooms and cleaning it. Other than that, love it

I have two dogs and let me just say this thing is a game changer. Pablo helps me keep up with the dog hair. I honestly was a bit skeptical but then I was like let’s do a black sock test and to my surprise no white dog hair was found. Plus I just program him to go about his cleaning and he does he’s thing.

We moved from a Roomba to the Shark and it works fine. The app is not quite as useful, but the cleaning (which we do daily) is good.

Got this vacuum to replace our older that quit. My wife loves this vacuum! It does so much more than our old one and is very efficient. It maps the house and efficiently cleans the floors. It will empty when full and go back to cleaning right where it left off. We would definitely recommend.

This machine is amazing! It picks up everything and your vaccuming days are over ! Do yourself a favor and buy this machine!

Helps save me time as a single working mom and full-time student. Setting it up using the explore mode was easy, and it mapped out our 3 bedroom apartment fairly accurately. Setting up no-go-zones was easy and helpful to keep it from getting into areas with cords. Picks up a lot and self-empties. Love the vacuum bot!
