The vacuum works well but needs a little help in the corners. The mapping feature is a great tool for cleaning specific areas that you designate. Overall we are happy wiyh the product.

I previously had the Matrix non-self emptying which worked amazing I was very happy with it. This one went on sale the self-empting and I decided I would try that one again it is amazing. This little thing cleans so well in between the deep cleans that you do. It gets the corners really well and it does what it's supposed to. I actually bought one for both of my daughters! I love Shark, they make excellent products.

It works very well. Mine is named Vakoom. It does our whole house only stopping once to charge.

Love the app and being able to create no go zones. I feel like it could use a better suction capability, especially on carpet. It is great that it is self emptying.

My review is based on App features. As an overall cleaning it does a well job. It runs on schedule, returns to base, empties and continues. It goes back to dock and charges. No issues. My disappointment is with the feature of the app. You cannot schedule individual rooms. You cannot have multiple schedules. I currently have a less expensive robot vacuum that has this feature. I’ve had other brands and this is a common feature.

She is awesome. Mapped out the house easily. Simple to send to any or all room. She does go back to charge a few times if she has to do the whole house but always seems to find her way back to where she was to finish the job. Easily goes from hard floor to rugs and carpet.

We have been looking at the robot cleaners the past couple years, I was very Leary of purchasing one due to my English bulldog thinking it was his new toy! My wife and I are very thrilled that you can schedule it different times frames and it’s amazing how much hair and dirt this picks up after a regular vacuum if the house. We would recommend this product to anyone. Go ahead and pull the trigger!

I bought this for my son and his wife. They have 3 dogs and 2 cats with a baby on the way. This Shark is amazing. They love it, now I want one.

Ok had this for about 3 weeks. Honest review. I give this 4.5 stars. It cleans very well, does what it is intended to do. However, I’ve had connectivity issues from the phone to device and had to reset it twice in the first week of owning it. I also had my modem (xfinity) disconnect and the device needed to be connected manually. A little frustrating at first since I’m still trying to understand the unit. But for $438 (out the door) I expect a unit like this to not have issues like that. In conclusion, it does what I tell it to do. The trash portion is so easy to remove and dump I can’t ask for more. Hope this helps.

Wife loves her clean floors, I love getting nagged less :) Keeps up with our fur children that shed constantly & goes around any of their toys, our shoes. Easy to setup. Wish we bought one sooner.

Love this vacuum it really is amazing also stays away from stairs and vacuum rug and can step up to my kitchen floor

I love it! It knows where to go back to the base and empty itself and then continues its cleaning where it left off. I don’t have to worry about it banging on furniture or walls.

So I’m gonna be honest, it works great when it’s supposed to. We purchased one and it ran fantastic for about to weeks. Then out of no where it started spinning in circles not going anywhere. Reset it, re mapped the house. Etc. nothing fixed it So we returned it as it was clearly broken. Best Buy exchanged no problem, the new one we’ve had for about a month now, it’s been doing perfect. No issues and it really cleans.

I have a cat and a dog who shed like crazy until I got this vacuum I was constantly having to clean up the fur from hardwood floors then I got this vacuum and I come home and I don’t have to clean anymore except for the upstairs

I've owned this for a little over a year now and it was great the 1st 4 months, then it unpaired with my app, the battery won't charge past 70% ever. It has an 700sf area to clean and on normal suction it has to go back to the dock and recharge for 30 minutes before it can finish. The spinny brush has broken off on the same rug. I had to buy replacement spinny pack off of Amazon. That 1 hasn't popped off yet. But this is by far the worst purchase I have ever made of a Shark product. I love Shark brand.

Excellent little robot vacuum that gets the job done! The mapping was accurate and it cleaned every surface of my floor. It is quick and relatively quiet. I love the self emptying feature, it makes cleaning simple and easy.

We were able to easily scan our first floor and customize 3 unique areas. We can request cleaning for 1 or many areas. The best part is that the machine automatically empties the dirt into the base every time.

This vacuum is wonderful! I never realized how dirty our house was until we bought this. I love to empty it and see just what all it had picked up that day. I would highly recommend this to anyone and the price point is great! Very easy to use.

Vacuum has been amazing. App is easy to use. From setting map parameters to choosing specific areas to clean only, it's probably the easiest app I've used so far with any robot vacuum.

Quite easy to set up. Does a pretty decent job, but do find it works best if I move chairs, etc. out of the way. Have not had much success with restricting the cleaning area.
