So I’m gonna be honest, it works great when it’s supposed to. We purchased one and it ran fantastic for about to weeks. Then out of no where it started spinning in circles not going anywhere. Reset it, re mapped the house. Etc. nothing fixed it So we returned it as it was clearly broken. Best Buy exchanged no problem, the new one we’ve had for about a month now, it’s been doing perfect. No issues and it really cleans.

I loved my Shark Robot vacuum!!! However, after a year it stopped holding a charge and would only run for maybe 10 minutes. After this being my 3rd robot vacuum in 2 years (1st was a Roomba and it got stuck under my couches. The last 2 were both Sharks. First shark after having for 9 months got too loud, second shark quit charging), I decided to go back to corded vacuums.

Ok had this for about 3 weeks. Honest review. I give this 4.5 stars. It cleans very well, does what it is intended to do. However, I’ve had connectivity issues from the phone to device and had to reset it twice in the first week of owning it. I also had my modem (xfinity) disconnect and the device needed to be connected manually. A little frustrating at first since I’m still trying to understand the unit. But for $438 (out the door) I expect a unit like this to not have issues like that. In conclusion, it does what I tell it to do. The trash portion is so easy to remove and dump I can’t ask for more. Hope this helps.

We were able to easily scan our first floor and customize 3 unique areas. We can request cleaning for 1 or many areas. The best part is that the machine automatically empties the dirt into the base every time.

Excellent little robot vacuum that gets the job done! The mapping was accurate and it cleaned every surface of my floor. It is quick and relatively quiet. I love the self emptying feature, it makes cleaning simple and easy.

Love the Shark Matrix. It has different setting of cleaning which is awesome. It was so easy to program it and it mapped the entire house in no time at all. I also love the feature of the No Go Zone as well instead of purchasing those strips to keep the Shark out of areas you don’t want it in. So worth the money.

My son talked me into getting this vacuum. I was extremely skeptical that it would not work very well because i have an insane shedding dog, area rugs, hard wood floor and tile flooring. I was wrong. This little vacuum works great as an everyday quick clean, i do run my big vacuum every couple of weeks on the area rugs. Its nice to be able to have my living room/kitchen being vacuumed while I'm doing other things. I don't know how well it would do on thicker carpet, but great for noncarpet and thinner area rugs

This vacuum is wonderful! I never realized how dirty our house was until we bought this. I love to empty it and see just what all it had picked up that day. I would highly recommend this to anyone and the price point is great! Very easy to use.

This lady (Rosie, or Maryl Sweep) does everything she is supposed to do. I love the fact that she is upgraded with a brushroll that doesn't get as much hair stuck in it! My only complaint is that she gets confused very easily. For example, I will ask her to go to a specific room. She will head to a completely different room, and I have to stop her in the app and then ask her to start again - she makes her way there after that. Overall, a must have for any pet/child heavy home!

Have had multiple shark products, this one is by far the best and most affordable! I have had this product for about a month and I love it. It maps out your house and you can choose if you want it to clean the entire area or certain areas. I have 2 dogs that she’d like crazy, and this product works great with fur. 100% recommended!

Purchased this unit a year ago and its been a headache ever since. We have several pets and can never empty out the pet hair into the dock. Its always giving an error to empty the bin. In the year weve owned it, its given more errors than actual cleaning. Lately its been my brush roll is stuck. Bought and replaced brush roll. Now a couple months later, uts giving the same error. The issue now isn't with the brush roll itself, it is the actual machine. Now I'm debating whether to fix it, or just chuck the whole thing in the trash. Constant constant headache.

When I first got this I was really excited. My prior robot vacuums just bounced around, no mapping. So I loved seeing the straight lines and thorough cleaning. Unfortunately the emptying bin isn’t very big so esp for someone with animals, I have basically had to empty it everyday, defeating the purpose of it being self emptying. I have also had frequent problems with errors and the current error, after two months of use, I can’t figure out and will need to call shark for a replacement.

It works well, just what I needed. We have the area programmed and timer set. We liked this one so much we bought another one with the mopping feature for our lower floor which is all tile

Amazing Vac. We have this on a schedule and she cleans every day before we get home. With 2 dogs and all this pollen it keeps our hardwood floors clean.

It was so easy to set up and i love how it leaves the house so clean without me doing anything and it maps out all the rooms

Great product works perfectly can set timers a lot better than the ones that have a mopping feature. This is cleaner definitely happy and recommend.

Fantastic little vacuum! Best purchase I’ve bought for my home ever, keeps everything really clean and it was so easy to set up.

Setup was easy. Mapped out my house very accurately. Just ensure you have everything off the floor cat toys, shoes, pet feeding dishes, etc. it does a complete vacuum of my condo on one battery charge and empties itself when complete.

Very good product every home should have one it is easy to use and understand it have a application that connects the device to your phone so you can use it from anywhere
