Great vacuum for the money. There was a problem with the first unit, and BB exchanged it no problem. So far, so good.

My mother in law had this vacuum so we decided to purchase one. Great buy...it's so convenient with wood floors.

Bought for daily kitchen floor sweeping. maneuver's well around corners and under cabinets.

It's a great vacuum for the value. Make sure you clean it out and maintain it on a regular basis.

Ive had 3 of these. They would be great if the charging unit would work longer than 2-3 months. The vacuum itself is the bomb. But ya cant use it if you cant charge it.

I really like it a lot. It does a wonderful job for a cordless vac. It is light and maneuverable. I also light the attached head light for when I feel like vacuuming in the dark. I would recommend this and all other shark products too my friends and my enemies.

Feel like the vacuum gets clogged too easily! Whenever I start to vacuum I have to stop pretty often to take out the trash from it.

sorry had to give it 3 stars..bought one and loved it, gave as a gift then purchased for myself another one, and just kept going into the lock position and had to keep steeping on it to release it..sadly returning it, would have been great other then that being a problem..but wouldn't help to try

Didn’t work well on hardwoods. Worked ok on carpet but dyson cordless vac was way better

Lasted less than year before I had to return it. The replacement product I received was considerably better than this product

This vaccum had great reviews but stopped working after 3 times using it. Maybe I have a too big house 3000 SF? This should not be the reason. I tried reading the instruction manual to find out if there was something I should be doing/cleaning to get the suction back again. Couldn't find it in the manual. I don't have time as a busy working mom to screw around with equipment that should not stop working after 3 uses, especially when Best buy only has a 15 day return policy ( which is a reason I will not buy at bestbuy again).

Nowhere else will you find as good a deal for your money. This vacuum is light, portable, and gets the job done on the first pass. It has incredible suction power and it is easy to fix if the brush gets jammed. Even though there isn't a hose this vacuum is worth every penny. I would highly recommend this for those looking for a fantastic vacuum at a relatively low price.

I needed a fast and easy way to pick up the daily dirt and over the years I've tried many "dirt devils" that just didn't do a great job for one reason or the other. Well the Shark Navigator WORKS! The Shark eats just about every piece of cr@p that it rolls over. It has lots of power and moves along the hardwoord floor and light rugs easily. The Power charger is awesome and servers as a stand. Just put it into the stand and it turns off automagically. Wish it would start when I take it off the stand too, but the foot button works ok too. Goodbye BROOM!
