Great suction. Easy to use. Works just as good as my old Dyson

It's the best vacuum I've been use ever It works even on the hard floor and the carpet, and it's too light

All in all, a great little vac. Not to heavy and easy to move around th floor. Hose attachment can always be used to get under low furniture, etc. Nice that it can be carried as a portable cleaner.

Lightweight, strong vacuum, self rewinding cord would make this perfect overall completely satisfied

At first I had my mind set on purchasing a Dyson, but after purchasing the Shark I am very satisfied with my decision. Never own a Dyson, but the Shark does very well. I am in love with my shark vacuum and I can tell a difference in the carpet entirely.

I bought this vacuum after comparing features with the $500-$600 vacuums that I originally intended to buy walking into the store. I literally saved my household over $300-400 in selecting this vacuum. Overall an exceptional vacuum at a great price

Great for delicate and wool rugs/carpets. Light weight which is helpful with my arthritis.

Used every day for a week and almost got a tank full each time. I couldn't believe what my old vacuum was missing. Actually made the LR carpet look better. Stuffy nose and sneezing stopped too. I will never have anything but a Shark again.

I expected when I went from carpet to tile floor the dirt would be thrown as I have seen before in other machines this one lifted all dirt even close to corners. She was right for the price it is one of the best machines on the market

This vacuum is amazing. I love the fact that it is a upright vacuum one moment and can easily convert to a hand held. Definitely wish I would have purchased this a long time ago.

This vacuum is incredible! I cannot believe how much dog hair it picks up. Well worth the price. You will not be disappointed. This vacuum is so good, I started looking for things to vacuum just to be able to use it!

Suction is great but the tools holder is terrible as it doesn't hold everything & they fall off what it does hold. Wish it had a retractable cord. Love how you can open the canister from both ends. Very light weight.

it cleans more dirt & hair than we can even see on the floors, so much that we have to empty it each time we use it you switch from carpet to tile with a button push while in use you can remove & use the wand in seconds

While I'm not a fan of the color, this is a great vacuum. Compared to our old Dirt Devil we have been using for a few years, this one picked up a ton more dirt/dust and pet dander that our old one left behind. It was amazing to see just how much was lifted from our carpets after we did a run through of our other vacuum. The only thing I did not like (thus giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star) is the curve design of the handle when you use the vacuum in "lift-away" mode. You will feel the tension as you stretch forward or away from you as the tubing bends forward rather than coming straight back at you.

So far this vacuum has been pretty good. I was skeptical about the amount of power (suction) that it claimed to have; saying that you could reduce suction, and i told my wife that we wouldn't need to do that, but when we used it, i was amazed that it was incredibly powerful and we DID have to reduce the suction for our rug/carpet. My wife and i really like it. We used to have a dyson, but it wasn't worth the amount of money we paid for it. This vacuum costs less than half and much better. Only downside i see so far, is the container that holds all the dirt/dust is a little small and you have to empty it after every use.... but actually, that is a good testament on how much this thing can suck up, not missing what other vacuums do.

This is a wonderful vacuum. It has variable settings for different types of flooring and adjustable suction level. The canister disconnects from the base to make cleaning the stairs a breeze. There are only two drawbacks. The power brush head for use on the stairs is very hard to disengage after use. Also, the clear dust collection canister is very difficult to clean well. After emptying, I wipe it clean with a piece of an old t-shirt, but is still looks dirty inside. I haven't figured any way around this, but the vacuum is still a wonderful product for a really reasonable price.

I have had several Shark vacuums. They are very satisfactory for a reasonably priced vacuum. I like them.

Overall a pretty good vacuum cleaner, probably the best one we have owned so far. We had a Hoover Pet Cleaner (something like that) which was heavy, VERY noisy and not working correctly. This Shark has been a great improvement so far, hope the quality lasts a while.

Never realized what was NOT being sucked out of my carpet. With the Navigator bag less vacuum my carpets are cleaner. The tank is so easy to empty and the tools are right there when you need them.
