Bought this product for my own use. Discovered it is an excellent vacuum. I mentioned it to my 88 year mother who then had to try it. I am very happy she found it to be everything she has wanted in a vacuum. She particularly liked the fact the canister separates from unit and is light enough for her to carry around. Accessories and swivel function just added to her approval. Very easy to clean and as I say it is very light.

My wife loves this vacuum! The suction this vacuum has is second to none. With its detachable canister to allow for easy stair cleaning it has everything I need in a vacuum for a lot less money than other popular brands. This purchase was a no brainer!

Love this vacuum, i just hope it lasts a long time. This is the first vacuum I honestly like. It picks up good, and always gives my carpet a new look. I have only had it for a month, but each yime I use it I am very pleased. I love the way it looks after very clean.

We were originally going to buy the newest shark, but decided not to spend that much money and bought the lavender shark instead. Fantastic buy!!! It has amazing suction power, great for dog hair and cleaning up after a very active toddler. I wish it had the short attachment without the brushes, but wouldn't stop me from buying another shark. Well worth the money.

The Shark Navigator is a great vacuum cleaner. It is very lightweight compared to others but still does the job! It is also much less expensive than many premium vacuum cleaners, such as Dyson, to name one. It also has many useful accessories and is easy to maneuver around the house. I would recommend this Shark Navigator highly!

This vacuum has been great! It really gets the hair off of my textiles and furniture. I use it nearly every day on my concrete floors and rug. It has held up well considering how much I use it, but lately I've noticed the brush stops working sporadically while in use. I'll reach out to customer service and update my review pending my experience.

Had to have a new vacuum - right now! This one seemed a good value for the money, has a good brand-name reputation. Very easy to put together, I like that there is some easy self maintenance, it's very lightweight, has great suction, easy to empty dirt chamber

Love this vacuum. I couldn't believe how much I sucked up the first time. I was amazed at how much my bag vacuum was missing. It's lightweight and so easy to maneuver around furniture. I also love how I can take the canister off to clean the stairs.

This is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have owned and operated. It was inexpensive and has powerful suction and is light weight and easy to use. It goes from carpets to tile to wood floors smoothly and efficiently. I like that there are no bags to buy and it is easy to get rid of the debris that is picked up.

I purchased this vacuum for my grandmother who is 84. It is lite in weight and easy for her to use all around her house ( she hadn't vacuumed in years because the vacuums were too heavy. We would clean for her). The canister is easy for her to remove to empty the debris and the fact that it has instructions right on the vacuum is a bonus. My grandmother is arthritic but has no issues lifting and maneuvering.

The Shark replaced my 7-yr old Dyson that stopped working. The Shark clearly out-performed my Dyson in terms of its ability to suck up dirt from my carpet, and the Shark does a decent job with hardwood or tile floors. For the price, the Shark is a best buy. However, it is not without drawbacks like a relatively short power cord (could have added 5-8 feet no problem to current cord wrap) and a canister that fills quickly. The standard carpet head is somewhat narrow requiring more work to vacuum a given area, but that makes it more maneuverable in tight spaces. Overall, just a few tweaks to the Shark would make it an excellent product.

I have had a few vacuum cleaners and so far this one has the others beat. I even had the cordless one with the lithium battery which was not very durable. Everything seemed to get stuck and it would lose suction. I would have to take it apart and clean it. I have three kids and a dog so my time is very valuable. I love that it is bagless so it is easy to empty out. I have not had any problems with it because it has the same suction power since I purchased it. The only down fall is when emptying the dirt you pour it toward the bottom of the trash can so the dust does not go all over the floors. Aside from that I find it durable and the attachments are great.

Love this vacuum .Light weight,easy to maneuver,and the lift away vacuum is nice for spot vacuuming and stairs.Never owned a Dyson but I can't imagine it working any better and its at least $200 more expensive.

Purchased on family & online recommendation and like it. It is fairly lightweight, has great suction and is easy to use. On first use, I got dirt out of my carpet that was left from former vacuum. Love it!

Works good and as advertised, all the attachments can not be stored on the vacuum itself. Only other minor thing I could suggest is the switch to change from carpet to bare floors would be more convenient if it were at the top of the handle.

My heavy shedding dog has finally met her match, her fur is no match for this powerful machine, and the attachments mean curtains, furniture and even clothes are fur free. My old vacuum clearly had not been doing a great job, this will surprise you, and with a strong suction and hepa filter, allergies are now at a minimum

I love my Shark Vacuum. It is easy to use. It's suction is terrific. It is easy to empty. It is easy to use attachments. It's lightweight and easy to carry when lifted by the canister.

Great Suction and power. Attachments for different types of fabric work well. I also like the adjustable suction sensitivity mechanism. You can reduce the amount of suction depending on the type of material you are vacuuming. Definitely does what it claims to do. With that said, I'm a 28 year old guy that doesn't do much cleaning. I thought this vacuum was expensive; plain and simple. We live in the 21st century and a vacuum should not cost this much for a task as small as sucking up dirt and dust from a floor. I also did not like how the vacuum itself is built. It is not very sturdy and does not lock into an upright position like a normal vacuum would. There is not a button you push to unlock it from an upright position either. You simply put your foot on the bottom portion and pull the handle portion backwards to get it out of the 'groove' that is holding it in place. I would imagine that 'groove' would wear out after awhile and would not be able to stay in the upright position. But overall, a great vacuum performance-wise.
