It works well and has lots of attachments. It picks up more pet hair than most. It does state no replacement costs for filters but you do still have to pull them out once in a while to clean them & I have to empty it after every use as it fills up quickly. So far it has very good suction.

Works well despite having to pick up hair from 3 dogs and 4 cats. Lightweight and easy to switch from using the vacuum to the tools.

I I love my new vacuum! I will definitely be recommending this vacuum to friends. It's cheap, lightweight and really picks up all the small things on the floor. I have a 12 month old who can find anything in the carpet.

Wow this vacuum works really good. I didn't realize how much my old vacuum wasn't picking up dirt! I vacuumed over the same areas and wow a lot of dirt came out. YUCK!! its funny when I put on 2 to clean carpets I have to really hold on to the handle because otherwise it takes off on its own because it has so much POWER. It cleans very good and I really like that I can detach from the base unit so I can vacuum stairs and such. It is light weight so going upstairs is a breeze. I LOVE IT

I bought this vacuum cleaner for my mother. She had been struggling lugging around a very heavy old vacuum. Now she has almost no trouble pulling this thing around with her and it noticeably clean far better than her old one. Anything that makes it easier and simpler has got to be good

Our household has a long haired cat and I have long hair as well. Therefore we needed a machine that would pick up a lot of hair without any problems. This machine has fit that need. It has wonderful suction and is light weight enough for me to carry up and down stairs. The only thing I dislike is that it has a little lip that holds it into the upright position and it is not the most effective design. Also, I feel that the canister could be a little larger but then again I guess that problem could be solved by vacuuming more often :)

Last December I needed a new vacuum. I really wanted the super expensive $500 one, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much money. I decided to buy a $78 one and figured I'd be ahead even if I had to buy a new one every year. BIG mistake. That cheap one lasted me about 9 months! I took it back to Best Buy and they gave me FULL credit toward a new one. I decided to give the Shark Navigator a try. LOVE at first sweep! It's been 2 months and the suction is still great! The pet hair just sucks right up. It's so light and easy to use.

Awkward to seperate and use extra tools. Not enough places onboard to store extra tools. Otherwise a very powerful vacuum that is lightweight and easy to use and clean out.

I seriously have found nothing that I do not like about this product! I love all the different ways you can reassemble it to be upright, canister, or use the tools. It is perfect for vacuuming stairs and the car. It has worked great every place I've tried it. The attachments are all great. The canister is super-easy to empty and reattach. As great as it works, the icing on the cake is that it is SMALL and very easy to store out of the way. You don't find that combination very often.

I like how light and easy to use it is. the canister detaches and makes it easier to do stairs and odd places. It has great suction. I really am glad I got this.

After my tried and true vacuum was on its last leg I did some research and zeroed in on the Shark brand due to the very positive reviews and features that actually seemed useful. After much debate, I decided on this model instead of the more expensive Professional model. So far it seems to be a good choice, with plenty of suction and an easy to maneuver design. My one complaint is that it is easily knocked over due to its light weight and slightly top heavy design.

I’m so happy with this vacuum. My old Dyson was so heavy and having issues and no support from the company. This one is very light and easy maneuver. I was surprised at the amount of dust it was able to suck up. Love it and highly recommend it.

Picked this item up on serious clearance. No complaints. Emptying the dust chamber is super easy, and the suction seems to be holding steady after multiple uses.

From the initial assembly to using it to get into tight places, it is exceptionally simple and easy to use. It cleans better than any vacuum I have ever owned that have cost twice as much or more. It performs better than it's advertisement.

this vacuum cleaner is the best one i've bought so far. it cleans my carpets and bare floors well and so easy to use especially on stairs.

Best vacuum I've owned! Chose it based on the Wirecutter rating and boy is it worth it. It is easy to handle, the suction is strong, and I can tell that my home is cleaner than it's ever been. Vacuuming is a joy again.

Terrific, great value, highly recommended. Excellent on both carpets and bare floors, not too loud, huge improvement over my old vacuum. Bagless feature is great--no more money spent on vac bags! Very easy to use, but full-featured.

Wife likes it's light weight and it's strong suction. Too, she likes being able to see when canister needs to be emptied.

Great vacuum for half the price of a Dyson. super suction is amazing. The amount of filth it picked up on my first run was eye-opening. works great on carpet and wood floors. The lift-away is a great, convenient option. I've gone through seven vacuums the last decade...this one is a keeper!! I would recommend to anyone.
