We went throught 2 hoovers and they wouldn't last long and really didn't pick up the dog hair well. We have 2 dogs that shed a lot and we like to use baking soda on the carpets bu weekly to help with odor. This vacuum sucks up both the baking soda and dog hair so well!! We have used the vacuum almost every week for the past 4 months and it still works awesome!

I really like a lot of features that this vacuum has. I have no carpet in my house and 2 staircases so I really needed something that was versatile and this Shark is. I wish the bag less canister was easier to empty, I have a cat and a dog and the hair gets stuck between the filter and he canister. Overall I love this vacuum, the swivel head makes it easy to go under and around things too!

Bought it because I wanted something light weight which it is. Doesn't lose suction. Overall very happy with it.

I have been through several vacuums but this one has been my favorite so far. My 14 month old insists I hold her while vacuuming. The maneuverability makes it easier for me to vacuum. It's slim so easily fits in my coat closet. I have two sets of stairs with carpet, so being able to remove part of the vacuum with a handle makes for easy cleanup. I also enjoy that I can vacuum on both bare and carpeted floors. Great bagless vacuum!!

I have a dog and cat and it picks up all their hair. This has been the best vacuum that I have ever purchase. Very easy to use and light weight!

This machine really has good suction and is very light weight and very easy to empty the Canister

This vacuum is great, it is very powerful, have to be careful on the edges of the carpet because it almost sucks it off of the base. I use it at least once a week and it fills the container with hair and dust that i couldn't even see was there. My dog and my girlfriend shed a lot and this thing does the trick. Highly affordable and highly recommend it.

This vacuum is a great deal. Very light and mobile. Very powerful for how small it is. My only issue is you have to empty it a lot.

I had a kirby which is good but very heavy. I kept seeing the shark navigator commercial on tv so I finally decided to go out and buy one. To my amazement I had finished vacuuming my place with the kirby prior to picking up the shark the same day. When I got home I put the shark to the test. I was surprised to see all the dirt the shark picked after I had already vacuumed with the kirby. Great vacuum for my needs.

This is my second purchase of a vacuum recently. I'm glad I returned the Oreck, did some research and then bought this instead. It's light and has great suction. My only complaint is that the small bagless reservoir means very frequent dumping. While easy, it's a bit messy and an unwanted inconvenience. Otherwise, it's a great product and very good value for the money.

(Yes I wanted to say it sucks…but that joke has been used to death) We have multiple pets and this vacuum has done well to handle the amounts of hair that we get. Works fine on tile and carpeted floors and it’s easy to remove the filter/canister to empty out. I admit I can not figure out how to remove the hose.

I love this vacuum! I've had more expensive vacuums over the years and nothing compares to this! It's lightweight, cool looking, and works on hardwood floors as well as carpeting. It comes with a HEPA filter and another filter hat you just have to shake out after each use along with emptying the cannister. The Pet Hair tool works great on apolstery, which saves money on lint rollers I bought one just like it for my sister and she said that her family likes it so much even the children like to clean now.

We've had this vacuum roughly a month now, and so far, it way outperforms our previous machine. Of course, this was the first vacuum we've ever purchased ourselves, as our previous ones were hand-me-downs. We took this thing out of the box, assembled it in minutes, and the first pass over our living room floor completely filled up the canister. We intentionally used the old machine before that, just to see what it was missing. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that the product's longevity remains to be seen, and it took a little bit to figure out how to work all the features.....but maybe that's just us. :)

Good overall product. Picks up dog hair really good. My only complaint is tjere is no where to store extra attachments on the vacuum and it fills up way to fast.

I wanted a light weight vacuum that was efficient w/ good suction, this product is perfect for all of my cleaing needs.

Had the shark about a month and it's great. Went from a Dyson to this vacuum an I would say they are very comparable.
