we purchased this for our daughter apartment while in college, we found it easy to operate and works just as well as our dyson at home for half the price

Love how easy it is to take apart and use for stairs! Manuvers all around really easy and great with attachments.

Pretty pleased with overall performance. Love that its suitable for a rug or hardwood floor. Tools allow you to take it apart at different places to reach overhead or breeze down louvered doors. The hose is a little stiff and causes the vacuum to tip sometimes, but you learn how to avoid that. Suction is very good and cleaning is easy. For the price I feel it's a pretty decent machine.

This vacuum is well worth the price. It has great suction, excellent attachments and the price cant be beat.

This replaced a 20+ year-old Miele, which did well in its day but no more. Shark is more powerful at half the price, has no expensive bags, is easy to empty, and has done a terrific job finding dirt, even fine dust. I'm amazed at how much it picks up. (We heat with wood in rural Maine). Filters are washable, as is canister. Plastic canister looks fragile, so I handle it gently when emptying and cleaning. I haven't mastered detachable hose for above-floor and furniture cleaning , seems awkward but I hope to learn how to do that better.

This vacuum compares in performance to a dyson at a fraction of the price

While I never used a Dyson, my guess is that the Shark really compares well against it at a fraction of the cost. It pulled up a huge amount of dog fur off the carpets, couch and floor that previous vacuum cleaners left behind. It was so powerful that we even had to adjust the settings to be not as strong for some carpets. Assembly was super easy. A great deal!

This is a great vaccum. Its lightweight and is more powerful than many larger and heavier machines.

Overall, I really like it. My wife loves it and my kids even like to help because this vacuum makes the work almost by itself. Just hold the handle and it will clean the floor for you with minimal noise and powerful suction and no dust residue.

So far so good I enjoy using the shark I am impress with the suction power and how light it is.

I bought this on the reccomendation of a friend. We have a dog that sheds badly. This vacuum will pull pet hair out of the carpet that I didn't even know was there. It really sucks up the dirt. Also, you don't have the dust blowing back out of the unit like you do a lot of bag type vacuums. Once it sucks it in, it keeps it in there.

I could vacuum my floor twice a day and this guy would still pick up stuff. No bags and the pet filter has helped keep allergies at bay - and all you have to do is rinse it off a couple of times a year!
