I bought the Navigator strictly because of the Lift-Away feature, but everything about this vacuum has been impressive. It's powerful, small, and quiet. Does a great job and I love the auto height adjust.

Nice, lightweight and has good power. Easy to clean as well only thing I can think that isn’t the best is it’s not very quiet but who cares.

This is light and it is a mighty powerful vacuum for the size. I would totally recommend this!

This product has worked very well for the three months that I have owned it. It hoovers up a lot more dirt than my old Hoover and makes less noise. Light colored specs (eg cookie crumbs, threads, lint, rice krispies, etc) show up very clearly on the red carpet in the family room and the old Hoover couldn't get them out. The Shark gets them all out with one pass. I love the way you can detach the dust cup and empty it with the push of a button. The transparent dust cup lets you see if it is getting full (you should empty it then, as it loses suction when full). And it is easy to lift off the part that cleans the stairs and carry it up the stairs. Just hold on to the cord with one hand while you move the vacuum with the other, so that you don't trip on the cord or get it tangled up with the vacuum cleaner. And note the three-position switch. It has to be in the third position for the brush roll to work, and the handle has to be at an angle, not vertical. Otherwise you get suction without the brush doing any work.

This vacuum replaced an older vac which was still functioning. I had no idea how much of a difference I would see. Small pieces of debris left behind by the old vac was picked up with ease. You can also adjust the suction using a ring on the handle. Portability is also a plus since you can disconnect from the base to use the vac and carry it.

This would be ok for an apartment or as an extra vacuum in a home. It is powerful enough but the dustbin is small and difficult plus messy to empty, Stuff gets stuck in the dustbin and I end up having to reach in to get things out, Generally would not recommend due to the annoying dustbin. I prev had a diff Shark that I liked, I thinj that dust bin was more one open bin. I got this on sale for $99. Would not pay more for this.

Versatile machine with good suction. I use it on all my hard floors and carpets. The attachments make it easy to vacuum almost any area!

The first time we used this, we were amazed at the amount of dirt it pick up after using our old vacuum. Great for stairs, too.
