Needed to replace a Kirby beast. The Shark was perfect. Compact, light weight and great suction pick-up. I might get one for our upstairs.

This is a pretty good bagless vacuum for the price. It does not have adjustable height for thicker carpets. However it does have an suction adjustment ring. I haven't messed with the suction adjuster yet so I can't say much about that. For thin carpets it runs very smooth and easily on. My heavy carpets took a while longer. Some thing to note is while the vacuum comes with the extra long handle for the hard to reach areas and the upholstery attachment head, there is no placement on the vacuum cleaner for the extra accessories to be placed when not in use. So while these are small and not a big deal I did take off a star each for the lack of height adjustment and no place for the additional accessories. Other than that good overall vacuum.

It works good on carpet but on hard wood floors it’s no so good. I have to use the attachment to vacuum the hard floor.

This product does do what it says. I have been using a Dyson which had broken part on back order. I have two large dogs that shed like crazy. My Shark not only vacumes the area up of current dog hairs but at least an inch of embedded hair and dirt and dust. I was embarrassed that my less expensive tool out worked a very expernsive tool. I won't give up my Shark even when my Dyson comes home from the shop.!

Easy to assemble, easy to use. Picks up all dirt. Great product!

This is the first bagless vacuum I have owned and like it very much. We had older bag type that was very hard to get around. This vacuum is lightweight and I can get into a lot of places that with the old one would have use the hose to get there. It movies very easy and get the rug clean. I like the way if you get something caught it will stop the head from running and damaging any thing. It is well made and looks nice.

I've tried to cheaper brand like Bissell and Dirt Devil and they just don't compare to a Shark. Dyson is just too much for a vacuum. This one is in the mid range for the Shark line, not the best, but not the cheapest either. Suction is incredible and it auto adjusts for bare floor to high carpet. There is no blow back when vacuuming a bare floor which was a huge plus for me as I can't stand the others that blow dirt at your feet.

Decent power and easy to handle- I just wish the pickup radius was a bit wider.

So far so good. Vacuums a heavy shag carpet with a little resistance but really picks up the dirt.

We are very satisified with this vaccuum, easy to use and very good suction.

Powerful, lightweight, well designed detachable section. Retractable cord would improve unit for our family.

Strong suction right out of the box. Have not had it for too long get so I don't know if it will keep the same suction down the road. The canister is decent sized. Design of removing the canister is different from my other Navigator and the first time I went to remove it from the vacuum to empty it, the bottom half also opened up spilling all the dirt on my floor. Partially my fault since I assumed it was similar to my other vac and disengaged the bottom half on accident. Other than that it's great! Lots of accessories.

Love that it runs great on both hard floors and carpet. Lightweight easy to maneuver.
