Love this product. I only use Shark when it comes to vacuum cleaners. It's easy to use and doesn't weigh a lot. With animals and kids I needed something that would pick up the hair and messes.

I have a 2 year old kid and was looking for something powerful. It performs at par with other dyson vacumms twice the price of this product. Easy to use, especially for a tall guy as the grip is at a good height. Cleans well and you will be surprised by how much dirt your old vacumm was leaving behind

The upright vacuum has very strong suction, even when adjusted, but it is too heavy for me to use on my carpets and stairs. Plan on replacing it soon. Will pass it foward to someone much younger. Thank you

Good small vacuum. Light weight but powerful. The only thing that see wrong with this is when emptying the dirt compartment the filter is still full of debris.. I take a can of pressure spray to clean the filter

Works very well , lots of suction, not to noisy. The upright mode for carpets is great. The one small issue is that the attachments are stored on the handle that is used for the crevice tool. I thought the 'steering' option wouldn't make much of a difference but it works great.

Shark Navigator is an excellent vacuum with loads of functionality, great suction, and easy to use. We've had it for six months, using it very frequently (more than weekly), and it has been great. Exceptional suction: exsuctional.

Glad that I bought this cleaner because it does a great job and it is easy to use. The front is narrow so it fits between things pretty good and the unit pivots making it easy to get around your furniture. The removable feature is great for getting you and the cleaner to spots where you don't want to or can't take the cleaner. The only feature that I am not happy with is the hose for the extensions. The hose could be longer or let you expand it to be longer and the brush attachment doesn't pivot and is a little hard to use. The tank that collects the dirt is really easy to empty having both a top latch and bottom latch so it's easy to get everything out of it.

Love this Shark Vacuum. Great price. Light weight. Suction is really good on carpet. I love the way the base of the vacuum turns to be able to reach those tough corners. Easy to empty and clean when needed.

Bought this vacuum to replace an old, heavy and in effective model ( won’t mention any brands). This little vacuum cleaner is by far the best I’ve owned. Powerful, light weight, versatile and easy to handle. Does a great job on carpet and floors.

I was replacing an old Kenmore canister vacuum that I had never been happy with since buying it. I have hardwood floors and the old vacuum had begun to scratch the floors so I knew I needed a change. After reviewing many vacuums on many different websites I determined I wanted to give Shark a try. The ability to separate the canister from the unit to clean things other than the floor was the clincher. I have been very pleased with this model and amazed at the amount of dust/dirt I was removing from my "clean floors". I empty it twice each time I use it as I have 2 floors. I wipe the canister out with a paper towel and then continue cleaning. It works well on hardwoods and I use it to clean area rugs by turning on the power brush. I would recommend this to others and would purchase again.

Suction is good, but almost too good. Unable to push on carpet even with the valve on the handle open to reduce suction. We have hardwood with area rugs so maybe a different unit. Handle is too short for 6'3" person and there's no adjustment for hardwood or rugs. Have an older shark and love it, still works but wanted to get a new one but this was a disappointment. Returning to check other models.

Works great!! We’ve had no problems at all and enjoy the extra attachments. Makes it easy to clean hard to reach areas. The cord is on the shorter end like others have mentioned but I think it’s worth it.

This vacuum is very easy to use. It maneuvers around corners very well and it's easy to push because of its light weight. It has very powerful suction. The only bad thing I could say is sometimes the dirt gets stuck in a certain part of the dirt bin.

I have been so pleased with this vacuum. I bought it to vacuum my carpeted stairs because of the lift away attachment. But it is so light and small that I can carry the whole vacuum on the stairs with me. And it has great suction power! It is very easy to use and cleans very thoroughly.

And I'm glad he pushed for one. I hadn't expected to even look at aShark, but I really like it. It is light, powerful, easy to detach the canister and other tools. First bagless vacuum I have owned and I like it more than I expected.

Cannot day enough good things about this vacuum. It’s lightweight, easy to use and after using my old bag model I used this and there were 3 containers full that needed emptied. The air is so much more cleaner now. Removed a lot of pet fur and dust.

My Shark vacuum is easy to use on stairs. It is a lift away which makes it reasonably light to carry up stairs. I’m very satisfied with the cleaning performance of the vacuum. I recommend this product. Thanks

Perfect price and perfect product. I can clean hardwood floors and my carpet. The best of both worlds. The price was great for the results I received.

Great suction! So good that it pulled the underlayment away from our cheap carpeting. I agree with others that the pull-away suction hose isn’t very long, but that wasn’t why we got the sweeper. The electrical cord isn’t as long as our old Hoover was, but it seems ok for a smaller house like we have. It picks up a lot of dirt too.
