I had a dyson vacuum for 11 years before it finally died. After comparing a dyson and the shark on the same spot of carpet, the shark picked up what the dyson left behind. I was sold! Light weight enough to carry up and down a flight of stairs. I’m glad I chose the one with the “lift away” technology, makes cleaning stairs easier.

The machine is light and effective and has held up fine so far. There are a couple of things that could be better. The first is the cord is a bit too short. You need to plug it in multiple places to do a large area. Second, there isn’t any place to store the attachments on the vacuum. You have to carry them with you from place to place. But it does a great job of cleaning up and I got it for a pretty good price.

This is one you'll want to read the instructions for, but it was easy to assemble and has been great ever since. You definitely need to get familiar with the suction controls, because there is a huge difference going from hardwood to carpet, etc. The lift off module is great for stairs.

This vacuum does a really good job. It supplements our central vacuum, so I its relatively short cord isn’t a problem, but it might be if you expected to vacuum very large areas with it. It’s not too heavy and the lift away part is great on stairs. Really good value for the price.

It's light and easy to use. It takes all the dirt especially the dog hair.

I clean houses for a living and have found the shark vacs are the best out there right now. There are lightweight and do a great job of getting the dirt picked up . If you own pets the vac does a great job of vacuuming up animal hair off of furniture and carpets. If you need a good vac Shark is a good buy!

We had to replace our previous shark lift away and got this. Pros - It is lightweight which is nice, and the new beater bar that resists hair wrapping around it works as stated. Cons - the cord is so much shorter than the previous vacuum. I have to unplug and replug to do rooms that I used to be able to do with only one plug-in. When I use the lift away, it does not allow you to vacuum with the beater brush, underneath things like beds and couches like the old style vacuum did. The lift away canister only allows you to use the extension wand. Also, the suction doesn’t feel as strong as our old vacuum and it doesn’t seem to pick up as much dog hair as our old vacuum used to. I don’t feel like it’s doing the same great job that the old style used to do.

So far so good. Light weight.cleaning is easy.it has a good suction.

Great design, you can take it apart, make it small to hold on while cleaning the sofas, on top wall units, ceiling fans, thight places, all accesories included for small corners, under refrigerator, for the sofas, any furniture, its a all in one for sure, very powerful I love it. Very east to clean.

Vacuum has good power and is quiet. Has good attachments. Wish cord was longer.

Liking this one so far. It picks up really well and after a dozen uses it seems to still have no hair wrapping around the roller (as advertised). Only two minute cons are that the power cable isn’t quite as long as my precious Shark vacuum and I wish it had a light on the head of the unit. Other than these two minor negatives, a perfect product.

Finally replaced a 10 year old vacuum with the new Shark navigator which has the useful lift away feature making it useful in more places than just on carpets. It runs smoothly and effortlessly on the carpet and does not require frequent filter replacements. Powerful suction picks up a lot more, so a very welcomed deal from Bestbuy.

This was a gift to my mother as she needed a new vacuum. I was surprised at how much power it has and still remains easy to move back and forth. Has different settings for hardwood and carpet. After seeing this in action I decided to get one for myself as well. Great vacuum.

It was time to replace our old vacuum cleaner and we decided on the Shark-Navigator. Surprised at how well the vacuum cleaner picked up hair etc. than the old vacuum. Easy to use and get around furniture etc. so far very happy with this purchase.

Excellent vacuum. Picks up the dirt on all angles. It’s not too heavy to lift when you use the arm vacum. It’s very powerful suction which is what I love the most. I don’t have to keep vacuuming the same Section over and over again

Good on low pile carpet and rugs. Rarely need more than one slow pass. It has great maneuverability around corners and furniture. It can work darn near horizontal if you need to get under things. It works really good on the kitchen floor. If it wasn't more convenient to use the broom, I'd use this all the time in the kitchen. It's normal on sofas. There was still a few stray cat hairs left on the couches but dust and dirt we're gone. I can use this about three or four times before needing to empty the desk container and I still haven't encountered any clogs yet. Even though it's supposed to be zero maintenance and prevent debris from wrapping around the roller, after a month's use I did have the roller stop twice because of material wrapped around it. But still this is further and fewer between then my previous vacuum so I will give it credit for that. And when it does it's easy to get to the roller and remove the material that is stuck. Overall I am very satisfied with this vacuum. Lots of issues that I've had with my previous vacuum aren't an issue anymore with this one.

I needed a light weight easy to maneuver vacuum and this did the trick. I t is so easy to use. I have osteoarthritis and can't push or pull a heavy vacuum. I recommend if your elderly or have any problems with heavy objects or complicated objects.

This vacuum is easy to transport between floors and cleans incredibly. I did not realize my carpets were so dirty until I started using this vacuum. It is also easy to use the attachments to clean corners, stairs and furniture.

Finally decided to invest in a good vacuum cleaner. This one is as good as they come. Lifts away a significant amount of dirt. Comes with attachments that make it easy to clean other areas besides house floors.

Moving into a new home after my divorce, I needed a vacuum cleaner and knew that I would only consider Shark based on previous ownership experience. This vacuum does everything I ask of it and is completely reliable. Extremely easy to use and very effective.
