I like the vacuum cleaner and has efficient functions. If the design could include a cord holder at the handle area of the unit then it would help not stepping, tripping or making one bend to the floor to pick up the cord. the break away feature for use on furniture etc. is a great asset. Thank You.

I am liking my purchase of the Shark Navigator. This vacuum has good suction. It makes quick work of our cleaning needs. It is lightweight and easy to handle. My one disappointment is that I need to empty the dirt cup more often than my last vacuum. All in all, I am happy with this purchase.

I have a large breed Dog with a'lot of hair (Collie Mix) and it works perfectly!! I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this Shark Vacuum. I have a bad back and it is not heavy to pick up etc.

This vacuum works great! I have used it on time and on carpet with excellent results. The only thing I don’t like is no place to store the attachments but I just put in bag and hung on vacuum. Easy to clean and lightweight.

It's the best!!! I only have the vacuum for a day, I will update in a future, but for now I'M SO HAPPY! I have a golden retriever and this vacuums helps me with the hair. Doesn't matter if it's carpet or hard floor, it's awesome!

I have only used this new vacuum once so far but love it's performance and suction. I like especially the brushroller that picks up the hair. That is the reason I mostly bought it for. Also like the light weightless of it. The only drawback is it's smaller canister. But it is easy to take off and clean out.

Awesome vacuum cleaner. Separates in multiple areas to vacuum im different positions. Actually sucks up dirt & animal hair very well in our thick carpet. Happy with it & would recommend.

I have a rug that seemed to hold the dog hair no matter what. However I took a chance on this SHARK. And oh my goodness! This vacuum works well my rugs look like new again. If you have pets this is a great machine.

Very powerful, does great on both hard floors and carpet. It has two power settings for the different floor types and the lift away is awesome! Really helps with sweeping the steps and furniture. Easy to clean basket.

We really like this vacuum. It’s light compared to the prior model(s) we have owned. It’s super powerful and the detachable unit makes it easy to vacuum the stairs and other hard to get to places.

This is my second shark product the first was that pet model I bought a few years ago. I purchased the new model to take the older one to a vacation house. It has taken some getting used to as it is different than my first model. First, the cord is shorter than the original one, I was able to plug into one outlet and was able to vacuum much of the house (1,000+/- sq.ft). Second the dust cup is larger and protrudes out further so now I am unable to fit under some furniture as I did with the other model. There are tools for many uses which is nice but there is no place to store them all, I can only store two devices and the others have to be put on a shelf with hopes of not losing them. Other than that I like to model the turn ratio is great and I do love the red color as it spices up the cleaning chore (a little humor). In short I would recommend the model if these small matters do not matter to you.

I love my shark and the fact that the hairs do not get stuck in the roller. I love the ease of dumping out the "junk". Easy to manuever from hard floor to carpet. Love the attachments.

Love shark vacuum cleaners, but I picked the wrong one. It said lift away so I thought it would vacuum under the bed but it lifts away only to reach high places. Little disappointed for that reason but it still works great. Light weight and easy to use.

We had a Dyson and it kept getting clogged. This vacuum is better in that regard. It is light for easy maneuverability. The only downside is the smaller head means more swipes and shorter cord means more plug ins but overall, especially at this price point, a very good vacuum.

It works great. I have a shepard and sharpey mix and its a hairy little fur ball. This vaccum actually is nice and easy to carry and work with and also has strong suction for his and my hair.

Reasonable pricing, vacuums very well, lightweight and enough features to make it worthwhile. We did not want the models with dual beater bars because they can be hard on some carpeting.

Love how light it is and how heavy duty it is all at the same time! I needed a light weight one I could clean stairs with and this goes beyond! Also works on my hardwood, tile, and carpet!

Works great, as advertised, we have used it a few times, so far we are satisfied with the works, a couple of the attachments took a bit of learning, the chord is a little shorter.

We've had this vacuum for quite a while and we have 2 Samoyeds and 1 bunny and this thing has not let us down. The suction still does really well and I've had to only clean the brush roll a few times but other than that it is a great product. Our dogs' fur is quite long so that might be the reason for it building up from time to time. Cleaning and maintenance of the vacuum is simple and straightforward. I do wish that the hose adapters and extenders were made of a material other than plastic just because those would be the first to break.

I purchased this at thecrewuest of my cleaning lady. She requested it because she liked that it is light weight and has good suction. Rosa is very happy.
