    I had no trouble setting up the vacuum cleaner and it is very user friendly. It is not heavy and easy to manuever around furniture. Easy to empty the debris collected.

    Happy that it is an easy weight to move around and carry up/down stairs. Easy to empty and clean. Wish it had a hook on the handle for the cord while vacumning othewise 5 stars.

    I would give it 5 stars but it is extremely hard to push on carpet. Cleans my tile and hardwood amazing though. As for my rug.... I cannot vacuum my rug with out it getting stuck but at least the sucking power is good. I definitely think it’s over priced for the size of it and the lack of technology for ease of pushing. But my arms are going to be strong after cleaning

    I have never loved an appliance before, but I LOVE this vacuum. It handles so easily, I love the lift-off feature for doing stairs, and the thing that keeps hair from wrapping around the brush is perfect for me and my long hair, plus 2 cats and a dog who all shed like crazy. It's awesome on hard floors and rugs. The only slightly annoying thing is sometimes the dust cup is awkward to get back on, but that's minor.

    I had a 10 or so year old Shark model that I had to use duct tape on the hoses; came to my favorite site (BB) and read the reviews of the various vacuum cleaners and decided on another Shark. This vacuum is light years ahead of cleaning the floors and rugs over the old one and cannot say enough nice things about this model!

    I really love this vacuum. We had a good but old vacuum before we bought this one. Wow is all I can say! I love the attachments and I love that I can carry the canister and vacuum my car and then attach the base and vacuum my carpets. The upholstery tools are great. The only down side is there is only room to store one upholstery tool on the actual vacuum itself. Other than that this was a great buy!
