Let me start by saying that my wife is one of those lunatics that actually likes to vacuum...so she's a bit picky when it comes to vacuums in general. We also have two massive German Shepherds that freely roam our house, so the shedding is pretty much a constant and unwinnable battle. We bought this vacuum to replace our smaller two-year-old Shark, and it's very much a night and day difference. This vacuum is great at making you realize how dirty your house actually was before you got it, which is both nice and depressing. The build quality is good, and it comes with a bunch of useful attachments. I'd also say that I'm impressed by the spinning brush at the front; it is way easier to clean off the dog hair than with most vacuums. Overall, I'd definitely say this is a good investment for dog households, or really any house that needs a good vacuum, especially for the price. If our old one is any indication, Shark vacuums are usually pretty reliable and with few issues. I'm not sure how long it will last, but I'd be happy and buy a new one if this one lasts another 2-3 years.

I loved my Shark lift away from the first time I used it. I have cleaned my rugs, hardwood floors and also used the lift away option to clean rug edges and hard to reach corners and small spaces. The Shark is very powerful and cleans everything thoroughly. The dust bin is easy to remove to dispose of the dust. Cleaning the filters is also a very simple and easy job. I couldn't be happier with this product. So glad i bought it.

Impressed with power and ability to get into tough spots. Light and easy to use detachable canister. Was missing a piece and Shark quickly replaced it.

This shark navigator vacuum does the job it was intended to do but too expensive and would be better if cord is longer.

My wife and I have 4 young kids so the house is always needing to be vacuumed or cleaned. This vacuum is not only great at getting the job done but easy for my kids to use which is a life saver. Easy to use around the house and being able to detach a portion of it to use on stairs is great. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the small ball attachment that holds the hose to the vacuum comes off very easily so the hose is not fully secured. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying.

Shark, What a great design, Very light, it rolls around on any surface so easily. The special designs, particularly the brushes, which are easily cleaned. The Cannister, which comes off to be able to do stairs well. Very maneuverable to get quickly around sharp corners, under beds, into closet spaces. Just a pleasure to use.

Bought this because it is supposed to keep long hair from wrapping around the rollers, and I was tired of buying bags for my old sweeper. So far, I love this thing. Sucks pet hair right up, turns and swivels easily around corners, reaches under MOST furniture, and my long hair has yet to become tangled in the rollers. Works well on tile, wood floors, and carpet.
