Generally does a good job sucking things up. Easy enough to empty and clean. Tools work well. Cord is decently long and flexible, but seems durable. Only complaint is that sometimes it grips a bit too hard on some thicker carpet; it can be quite a workout using this thing.

Vacuum was a bit heavier than I expected. Fairly easy to assemble. Shipping was super fast from Best Buy. Only problem I've encountered so far is that the hose that attaches to the floor roller part pulls out easily if it's bumped against furniture and I've had to keep pushing it back in. Great suction power - cleaned a flat Persian style area rug that my old Eureka was having trouble with.

Overall the vacuum performs well. The Shark line has a variety of models so take a moment to shop around. We needed a second vacuum and found this model to be solid, but notice that is is not as well built as previous models. Picks up debris and animal hair well, but does not maneuver as easily as other Sharks. That being noted you will not be disappointed.

I'm waiting for this vacuum to give out so I could purchase the latest model. This one however is good, it's just for us, we are always turning it upside down to remove hair on the roller. The new one is supposed to take care of that. - But it does what it's supposed to do, clean our carpets.

This vacuum is very good, both carpet and floor. It has very good suction power. - I only gave it four stars, but only because I wish the cord was longer, but that's just personal preference and really has nothing to do with actual performance.

It's not bad for the price you paid for. I love the fact that it is bagless. The suction is great, but you do need routinely clean out the debris and hair stuck on the bottom to ensure it works at its best.

This vacuum works really well and is easy to assemble and clean out. It's a fairly small vacuum but it's perfect for my apartment. The cord is a great length and I love the hose functions as they actually work!

It is very light compared to the one I had before and he seems to do a better job of lifting the dirt from the carpet.

This Vacuum does the job for the most part it is easy to empty. I wish it did a better job at edging around the walls.

It's lightweight I can handle it easily I like it.

It does its job but it gave out in about a year. I opened it and tried to clean the brush out but the brush would no longer spin. Worked okay but I would say there is better vaccines out there for the same price.

I love Shark vacuums. I already have one but needed another one for business purposes. I like the fact that this one is light. That helps because of transporting. I wish the dirt cup was a little bigger but it performs as well as my Shark Navigator Lift Away Pro.
