Love this vacuum. Light weight . Great suction and easy to use.

I love this new shark vacuum cleaner, i have a Golden Retriever, she has a double coat, so i have a lot of hair. I was using two vacuums cleaner's, just to get the dog hair up. one of them was heavy to use. This one is very light., and easy to use.

Works well but the cord isn't very long. Just wish the cord was longer.

Works great, picks up everything. Lightweight and moves easily. Like the suction options. Love the self-cleaning brush (still don't know how that works) but I really wish it had a light that shines in front of it when you're vacuuming. That would take it up to 5 stars.

Great vacuum at a good price. Better than our old Dyson

This vacuum is really great. The handle with the hose and the attachments make cleaning hard to reach areas a breeze. My wife’s hair is everywhere and it does not get wrapped up in the roller like it did with our previous vacuum.

Great vacuum for the price. This shark is very powerful and does well with pet hair. Thats the reason why we got this one. It also has a longer vacuum hose, so we are able to reach into higher places. All in all, it was a great purchase and we recommend this unit.

Average for price. Works fine I thought it was an upgrade from the same model I had that broke. And it doesn’t suck as good in the beginning because the rollers are different and need to be used. After a couple uses it gets stronger and works great. I don’t like that it doesn’t separate as well as the previous model

I like to vacuum overall. It works really well and pulls up stuff that my previous vacuum, a Dyson, did not. However, there are two issues that stop this from being a five star review. One it is not balanced very well. It is top-heavy and if you are using the hose attachment at all it will fall over almost every time. I scratched a piece of furniture the first time it fell over. The second is that there is only a place to onboard two attachments. However the vacuum came with three attachments. So I have one attachment I have no place to put it on the vacuum. It’s the one I use most so I carry it around while I vacuum. Very inconvenient. Vacuum does work very well. I do wish the cord was a little bit longer but I’m looking forward to having a self cleaning roller. It’s easy to empty the waste can.

So far so good... it’s easy to use, not to heavy and emptying it is just a click of 2 buttons (one for the bottom of the canister, one for the top) my only complaint is the accessories constantly fall off their stationary spot where they are kept when not used.

Great vacuum. When I bought this I fully intended to just pass it to my wife and kids to use but I found myself using it a lot myself to help vacuum around the house and it does an excellent job. The attachments really help get those hard to reach areas. Great value for the price.

This is the best Vac cleaner I've had. I played around with it the 1st day I bought it, just to test and see what it can pull. We live in an apt with rooms that are carpeted, so with our double coated black lab around you know how painful it can be with their shedding throughout the year. Anyways, right after unboxing I plugged the vacuum for test, and just went over a small area. Immediately the entire bin got full with dog hair!! Mind you this is just one sweep, so you can only imagine how much more hair gets embedded into carpets that standard vacuums can't pick up. The difference in appearance of that area to the rest of the carpet was day and night, I was pleasantly surprised! Also I feel though it's very user friendly, not too heavy and easy to maneuver around the house. You can tell that the design was well thought out and tested. Highly recommended!

Honestly this is my favorite vacuum that I have ever owned. I have super long hair which has broken many vacuums throughout time and then as if my hair wasn’t bad enough we adopted a cat too. So I put in some time doing research on what I thought was going to be the best and wouldn’t break within a year. I found this one because it had claims of there never being hair wrap on the brush roll. I was skeptical but I promise you it seriously works and I have had no wrapping or problems with it. Another really awesome feature is you can take the handle out and attach it to use as a handheld suction wand without having to bend over to do stairs or anything like that. I really honestly can’t recommend this enough.

I thought my old vacuum was doing the job. I was way wrong. With 4 dogs in the house, the first time I used it I needed to empty the canister 2 times. Obviously lots of stuff was being missed. So happy I chose this vacuum. My carpet is soooo much cleaner and hair free. Super easy to use and clean.

This vacuum is perfect for my apartment which is half carpet and half wood floors. It works well on both and you don't have to worry about hair or string getting tangled up on the roller. Great deal!
