Have heavily shedding dogs. This vacuum works great, easy to clean and maintain. It is light, which is mostly a good thing, but also makes it easy to pull over when using the hose extension and attachments. Though pilling it over doesnt do any harm. Works like my former Dyson at half the cost.

It's really difficult to choose a right vacuum cleaner among so many, but we owned many Shark cleaners and were always satisfied with them. This one is a great upright cleaner. It's easy to use and maintain, and it's quite light, So far so good.

Canister holds a lot of pick up. Great suction for all floor types. Easy to use. Doesn't balance very well when using the hose attachment so make sure you roll the base with you. Other than that, it has done really well with all the pet hair and kid mess. Also easy to clean to keep the vacuum fresh.

We have 4 dogs in the house 2 with long hair. This vacuum picks up the hair and dirt they leave around and the hose is so easy to pull off and get under furniture. The 5 years warranty is the best.

This was a gift for my daughter who has a Maine coon cat and sheds a lot. She loves it, she likes that it's not real heavy and it really picks up great. She has used the hose and said it was very easy to use and worked very well. Great Job

This vacuum cleaner is amazing! It’s the most powerful one I’ve ever owned. I have three cats end it really picks up the hair and dander. It works equally well on my tile floors. And with four stories in my house, I’m grateful that it’s very light.

I have been using this vacuum for almost a year now and it does a really solid job. The only complaint I have is the cord to the machine is attached at the bottom so I always have to hold the cord in my free hand to stop from it getting in the way. Other than that this vacuum does a solid job.

Love the suction with the self cleaning roller bars and very simple to put together. The extra length on the attachment hose is perfect. One button disconnecting canister to empty makes life easier. The only con is it's so easy to maneuver the swivel that its a bit hard to direct.

I actually don't mind vacuuming with this. Not only does it pick up pet hair, it even properly picks up crumbs of cat litter. Based solely on the amount in the bin, it does a lot better in general. Very maneuverable and lightweight.

This vacuum works extremely well. Be VERY careful on rugs - it has such powerful suction that it may just pull your rug up off the floor! We don't have any problem with pet hair getting caught up in the brushroll - which is a plus!

Great vacuum, I have a bulldog and hair is a problem. This is by far my most reliable, and durable vacuum I have owned.

Have used lots of brands especially like Dyson but Shark has been the best of them. Affordable, great build, awesome features, and the best suction. Worked great with pet hair. Deep cleaned carpets and the hardwood floors of dust especially and other messes. Very happy

This is my third Shark. They always have great suction. This one works well. I don't think the cord is as long as my last one. My only complaint is the handle is almost too tight when using. Tough on my wrist. Maybe it will loosen up after more use. I am happy with my purchase.

We put this through heavy use with two extremely hairy pets in the house and it just keeps kickin. Both the hard floor and carpet mode work perfect.

Love my new Shark Navigator. It's so easy to push and will twist and turn into almost everywhere in the house. Suction is very good both on hardwood floor and carpet. Easy to empty canister and clean filter.

This vacuum cleaner does an amazing job! Takes care of the pet hair and makes carpet look like new. Bought a second one for my mom. Even my husband said this is the best cleaner we’ve ever had. Quick to assemble and lightweight. Recommend highly!

Had the Shark Navigator Lift-Away vacuum for years and it was great, then the vertical hose cracked at the attachment point. Couldn’t find the right replacement part, so decided to shop around. The self-cleaning brush roll on this vacuum is what really sucked me in. Have been using the vacuum for about 1.5 months in a home with 2 girls that have long hair and the brush roll looks good as new! I also like that the extension hose is longer making it easier to use the attachments, so now I can’t avoid those hard to reach places. It’s also nice that they upped the volume of the canister so I can get through my filthy house without having to empty it along the way. Glad I took a chance on this baby Shark!

I just used my Shark vacuum cleaner and it is so easy to handle and move from room to room. Has excellent suction and stores away with ease. Is easy to empty and clean. So, glad I made this purchase. Have had no problems.

The Shark Navigator Self-Cleaning Brushroll works great. I have had for a while and never had to clean the brush head. I have two dogs that shed A LOT. It is awesome.

We have a dog at home and her hair has been removed better than ever before with this vacuum. Our carpet was not looking as clean with our old vacuum, but that has changed with this product here.
