Very loud and heavy, but the suction is fabulous, which I need having a dog and a cat. And, it’s a self cleaning brush roll, which I wanted. So, I am happy with the purchase

I loaned out my vacuum cleaner and needed one to clean my house and I found this one. It is easy to use, the suction is awesome, and it is convenient.

A very simple yet sleek Vacuum. Works great for dog hair. I had the basic Shark and thought that was good until I bought the Shark-Navigator. I am impressed. This Shark Navigator is a solid choice for Vacuums!

Love this vacuum’s ability to get all the dog hair! Once around the floor and you empty a ton of hair from it. We have gone through 4 vacuums including a Dyson looking for this kind of performance. Great Buy!

This vacuum has excellent suction but some of the downfalls are the cord, which isn't very long and the location for attachment tools or lack of space, as well.

PROS-This vacuum is cool, it does the job. It really does pick up dog hair very well. I went back and re-vacuumed my dogs carpet and it picked up a significant amount of unseen hair. I believe it deep cleans. The canister is a lot larger, it doesn't really get a chance to fill up. I love no tangled brush to clean. I do like the suction control switch. That's great and really makes a difference. CONS-Fact is I miss my Rotator-NV751 It was the BEST, plus it was lavender-ish. This is not a lift away, so it's much heavier than I'm used too. There's no light on the handle or the main brush, which was very helpful. The power switch is not on the handle either, I miss that. I'd recommend it after the Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away NV751

The vacuum is great for picking up pet hair. It picks up all of the hair and dirt that’s locked in the carpet. It has a very strong suction even though you can’t adjust it. Overall great vacuum!

I think it works great but I had to cut the hose the other day because my wife got a sock stuck in it so I will like to know if I can get it repaired

It definitely gets the hair up from our many doggies in the house!! I kept hearing good things about this one and we decided on it because well there was a good deal on it at the time.

This vacuum may be a little pricey but it will be worth your pennies! It is light weight, powerful, and the best part- the dirt cup holds a lot! I just hope it holds up to my kids’ mess, lol.

Easy to assemble and great suction. We have long hair dogs and it's been a vacuum destroyer. The Shark is handling it well.

This vaccum is EXCELLENT and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend. We have 3 large dogs and it really gets the dog hair cleaned up. Attacments work great! I love it is self cleaning and a canister.

This vacuum is fairly quiet, it works well and it has picked up soo much dog hair from my rugs! I honestly was resolved to the presence of the dog hair in all of my rugs through the house. I thought the dog hair would be stuck there forever, unless I sat and hand picked them all. It had gotten worked into my rugs and my previous vacuum didn’t pick any of it up it seemed.. but this vacuum cleared the dog hair from all of the rugs and it did it very quickly! I love this vacuum!

This vacuum cleaner works great - no bags needed, has great pickup power. I use it on my hardwoods floors and carpet as well. It's lightweight and has an extra long cord.

Easy to use, light wt enough that stairs are much easier than my last vacuum. I do wish all the tools could be on the machine at the same time.

Suction is great, but the build is not so durable. Seems something always breaks within a year or 2. Good thing we buy the 2 year warranty :)

This vacuum has great suction, moves with ease and has an option for carpet and hardwood style floors. Extension cord could be a little longer but aside from that, happy with our purchase.

This vacuum is perfect for pets and folks with long hair. The roller brush never get tangled and the vacuum is easy to use

Only having this vacuum for a month, it works like I expected it too. Easy to unbox and get cleaning. Suction is good on carpet and off carpet. There is no height adjustment for the head unit like most vacuums. Although its not a lift away it does have a long reach of 13 feet to clean in high areas and steeps with ease. THE ONLY NEGATIVE thing about this vacuum is it only has room for holding 2 attachments which can make it easy for some people to lose an attachment. SHARK you need to engineer an extra clip on holder for the 3rd attachment so people don't lose attachments but also have all the attachments in one place to make vacuuming easy and efficient.
